Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PhilippinesLocation was a bit difficult to track. Though very minor and did not affect the overall experiece.
We went there as a group of 12 adults and 2 kids. The place exceeded our expectation. The location was perfect for a vacation. Its near the center of Baguio, but you would still feel the ambience and vibe of a very chill and cozy home. Really perfect for a bondiing time with the entire family. Would definitely recommend this place for big group, truly value for money. Big plus was also our Kuya caretaker who is very attentive and welcoming. Thank you Agreeable Family for a wonderful experience. 😊

PhilippinesOne of the bathrooms has low shower head pressure. Blankets need upgrade since they’re very short and thin for February weather. Hopefully these issues will be addressed for future guests, but definitely will be going back again next time.
Property is fully furnished and very cozy. It’s like a small house with a nice garden and ample parking space.

QatarKuya, the caretaker is very accommodating in many ways. He responds immediately to our concerns and always greets us with a happy smile. Good service staff like him should be in the hospitality service. The location is very accessible. They have dedicated parking too. An outdoor area where kids can play, very secured and safe. It also provides a grilling station! Perfect for family moments!

PhilippinesThere are broken tiles in the sala near at the door of one of the rooms. I’m worried that it might injure anyone. But luckily, no one got hurt. Another thing is the steepness of the short road before entering the main gate. It’s breathtaking and worrisome but we were in Baguio after all. On the positive side, those added to the unforgettable experiences.
It’s worth the money I spent!

PhilippinesThe route Waze keeps directing us to reach the place used very steep uphill roads. The cakes I ordered from Vizco through Grab also arrived with the strawberries and frosting falling to one side of the cake that we started calling them strawberry shortcake avalanches. They were delicious nonetheless and we didn't hesitate to order again. Tip: If your vehicle load is heavy and you prefer to take less steep roads, from the city center, take Naguilan Road, left on Dominican Hill Road, left on Queen of Apostles Road, then left on Queen of Hope Road. The main kitchen sink was a little clogged and the water drains out slowly so we started using the other kitchen which was located in another section of the house. The rice cooker switch also doesn't stay down to cook rice so we had to weigh the switch down with something. But these are small things and there were ways around it and they were negligible given what we liked about the place.
The place was very nice. The house was big enough for probably 15 people if it was allowed. The garden was beautiful with many flowers. There was parking for about 6 cars in the garden. The beds and sofas were very comfortable (we did not bother opening up the sofa bed). There were ample pillows and thick blankets. There were 2 bathrooms with water heaters and strong water. The towels provided looked almost new. Free toiletries included tissue paper, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste. There were two kitchens which had a ref, microwave, gas stove, rice cooker, cooking utensils, 2 water pitchers, 6 sets of plates, spoons, forks and knives, etc. The second living room had a small TV. Wifi was free, fast and strong in certain areas of the house. One electric fan is in each major room (2 bedrooms, living room and TV room) which was sufficient because the day temperature was cool and the night temperature was cold. No aircon but we didn't need them. The place was walking distance to the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes. There are at least 2 water refill stations, a panaderia, sari sari store restaurants, etc within 100 or so from the house on the main road. Staff were also very responsive and nice.

United KingdomThe contact telephone number on the website needs updating tried to ring that number but no luck.E mail and chat thru booking.com did not work either. Basically communication is very poor. On our arrival I told the host that I could not get hold of him, but said that number on the website no longer works. There were no towels ready.- have to call the host for it. All the electric fans were so dusty. There are cockroaches lurking around.

United Arab Emiratesthe wifi was not working one entire day we were there. The water heater keeps turning off. Towels need to be requested. The staff was a bit rude. The stove run out of gas, we cannot cook. we asked if we can do late check out, the caretaker agreed until 2PM, we came 2:06, just 6 minutes passed the agreed time and he keeps muttering words. No one was booked after us. We just let it passed but he keeps saying things until we left which is not a very good experience
