The shower had wires hanging out of the wall , however considering location we had hot water and quite powerful, the tap water was a shade of brown (not shower water) Reception is a little tricky to find however there are people about to ask, the walk down to the beach is a wooden platform but it was expected- not an issue really , it all adds to the experience . The male host (sorry didn’t get the name) was helpful and pleasant

The location is fabulous, right on the beach. Generally quiet apart from roaming dogs barking. Very clean and great air con and fan, bed comfy with mosquito net. Yard out the back for drying clothes, free water refil at reception

Love the location, watching sunset from the porch. Comfortable bed and good AC. We were without running water for one day but the owner was very apologetic and explained the water shortage in the area and kept us updated with when there would be water again.

-I wish they offered more for the money you pay e.g. cleaned the rooms daily. -The general surroundings are still in developement, lots of construction, smell of sewerage- not that pleasant as a whole

Perfect location on the beach with easy walking access to bars and restaurants. Amazing views across the bay . Room was clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and nothing was too much trouble .

Best location. Much better to stay in Corong Corong beach than Coron town. Right on the beach. Close to many beach bars and restaurants. Staff arranged all the tours with pick up.

The size is small and room is showing its age but everything worked.

Beth the front desk staff was very helpful in many ways and went out of her way to help. Bed was very comfortable.

Due to no fault of the accomodation provider, Palawan suffers from an inconsistent supply of electricity. When we stayed they unfortunately did not have a generator, but if they did it would've been the perfect relaxed beach getaway.

Almost the perfect beach accomodation! Seperate from El Nido Town proper, but a short and cheap tricycle away. Plenty of stores and restaraunts in the surrounding area. Staff were delightful and went out of their way to help us experience the local attractions. Room had everything you need, and tough to argue with walking out onto the beach every morning!

The shower water pressure is pretty weak but that’s to be excepted in a beach shack next to the beach. it’s strong enough to clean the shampoo out of hair though. The scorpion I found on the balcony on my last day! definitely don’t drink the tap water as after 5 days I saw that it had turned the white sink orange!

The location is incredible - right on the beach along Corong Corong. It’s so peaceful and amazing to wake up and walk straight onto the beautiful tropical beach with clear water. the double bed was comfy and good storage for clothes. The bathroom is a good size. THE WiFi is fantastic. The fan works well and the AC was getting better. Antonio was a very friendly and hospitable host.

nothing major, just little things to bare in mind and most are our own personal preference and wouldn’t prevent us from booking again! when there isn’t a power cut the aircon isn’t great, we would have preferred a fan. bare in mind that you need to check in at Vali Joe, which we weren’t made aware of when we booked! there isn’t a fridge or anything to make a cup of coffee in the morning which would be nice especially with the terrace and the stunning view.

The location is fantastic, and a great spot to watch sunset. close and easy to the main town proper but also has some great places nearby to eat/have a drink at. the bed was comfy and room spacious. the little terrace is also really nice to sit at! good wifi when there is power.

Water was brown color. Air conditioner was noisy. There were many dogs on the beach and they were noisy sometimes.

The room was front of beach. The staff was very kind. There was electrical pot, so I could enjoy coffee at terrace seeing sunset.

Dirty towels, lots of mosquitoes/insects (no net provided) and the water for the shower, toilet and sink was dirty.

ALFA Lodge is amazing! I stayed at the one of the wonderful rooms just on the beachfront. Sunrise and Sunsets are breathtaking and the area is calm after 9pm. It was so beautiful, clean and relaxed. Antonio (the owner) is originally Italian and a very friendly and nice person. He has been in El Nido for more than 10 years and knows the region very well. He gives great Suggestions what to do and eat in the region. He even cooked delicious Spaghetti with Seadfood one day and invited me for a free plate. He is such a good hearted person and wants his guests to feel good all the time - and this is the case! I can fully recommend ALFA Lodge and will definitely come back. :)

Location is unbeatable! Literally two steps and you’re on the sand. Stunning sunsets every night from your own balcony and just a short stroll to some great restaurants. Room was simple but very comfortable and quiet with good space to store luggage. Air con / fan combo was quite new so it wasn’t noisy. Felt like we were in the best spot and would happily stay here again.
