We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRooms were kinda dusty and I'm allergic to dust which made my stay uncomfortable. I'm not saying the rooms were dirty, infact it looked clean and organized, but the fact that my allergy was triggered means that the rooms were dusty.
Staff were very kind and helpful. There was never a time that there wasnt anyone in the reception area. Transaction was fast and efficient.

Germany- There are chickens nearby. - In your room you can hear the noise from the narrow street. If possible, you should therefore take a room as far away from the narrow street as possible.
- Your own parking space in front of your room just for you. - Friendly - Helpful: The lady at the front desk called several times about an ATV tour to Mayon Volcano. She also recommended me a very good and inexpensive restaurant. - Own generator in case of power failure. - Night watchman.

PhilippinesGreat place. My suggestion below. Not a complaint. There can be some maintenance done on plumbing of shower, the fitting was leaking and the toliet tank to flush needs to be fixed to hold water to flush better. A small shelf for the TV router to make it look more professional and clean. I would ask them to have a night stand furniture by each bed to accommodate a CPAP or other items. If you think you need a small blanket bring one of your own. No blanklet provided,I understand that for a low budget hotel to keep cost down. Over all these are concerns for better usage. It is a super clean place inside and out side. We will stay again and again when we visit Legazpi City.
Great place for a low price!! We loved it. Not far from the Bicol International Airport. (Note:Use a shuttle at Airport with the big older Filipino man, he speaks good english also and other dialects. He knows where the Alinchlo Hotel is located. He is very distinguished looking and very easy to recognize.) Not a 5 Star hotel but I would give the 4 Stars of Good price for a small basic comfortable, clean and safe place! They accommodated our late arrival from the airport for our check-in, just call them and message them that you're coming in late and they will abide in your arrival. If you need something the owner and staff are quick to help. The parking area is good. If you want to trun around you just go up to the covered roof area and trun about. The staff is friendly, helpful and looks after your room so to be secure of your items. We told when we was coming and going for safety and security of our room. The location is quit, off the main road way. Easy to get a tricycle to go to the SM Mall 15 to 20 minutes away. We kept the same tricycle driver/owner to fetch us from the hotel and back.

New ZealandBooking.com gave me a total on my app with no extra taxes. But when we were at the hotel, the price was 300 pesos more for taxes. Confirmed this on the hotels app. Please update this so it's advertised correctly on booking. There is only one power outlet in the room at the height of the TV which makes it difficult to charge anything so far from the ground.
Good value for money. Room was spotless. Very clean and a decent sized bathroom for the price. TV in the room had Netflix. The WiFi was good as well and there was an AC and fan. Towels and soap provided. There is parking space in front of the rooms for car or bike. The staff were friendly and polite and gave us to check in early at no extra charge as our bus got in to legazpi at 7.30am, which was much appreciated. Coffee is available at 25 peso each cup. The hotel is in Daraga about 10 minutes ride from the main bus stop at SM Legazpi and 10 minutes ride to the Cagsawa ruins. Good location on a quiet street, and good if you have your own transport.
