The unit is a little bit far from the beach in stations, but it’s near Puka beach. Good thing ate and the guards taught us on how to save transportation cost.

We had a wonderful stay in Alta Vista. The unit was clean and cozy with all the amenities that we needed. Ate Melody was very accommodating. She made sure that all our requests were attended to. Thank you.

We were warned about them, and this is not the owner's fault , not even in their control. But some monkeys can be very aggressive. Don't be stupid, and just stay away from them. They're not worth your insta post.( The photo of the monkey was taken from inside )

The unit was the perfect size for my family, and everything we needed was already there. It was nice and quiet ( how I like it). The caretaker, Melody, made sure we were well taken care of and well-informed as well ( warnings about the monkeys).Alta Vista is quite far from the main beach and restaurants, so transportation and delivery fees can be on the expensive side, but it won't break the bank. Just try to talk to the people around you, and you'll find that there are lots of cheaper options to go around the island.

Ate Melody (the caretaker) is very accommodating & reliable. The Host, Mr.David is very responsive. The place is big for it’s price! it can accommodate upto 10 pax. If you’re with kids and want to stay in a quiet place, this is the best accommodation for you! the pool is warm and big. Ate Melody is very informative about what to know, where to go and what to do in Boracay. She will provide you all the details you want to know. And will check up on you from time to time. All in all we had fun on our vacation here! Kids enjoyed, so we enjoyed too! 🫶🏻 will choose to stay in this place again for sure.

The resort facilities are awesome. The unit is very spacious and the host and caretaker are both kind and accommodating. We enjoyed seeing more than 10 monkeys in the yard and in the balcony. The view from the unit balcony is spectacular. The pool is one of the best in the island.

Everything was great at the property and there was nothing I didn't like. If I had to have a dislike it would be the e-trikes prices for special use (no other riders allowed/only people in your party) (Like a cab). Comparing prices to what I normally pay in Cebu City for a cab, the price for an e-trike is 2-4 times the price. This is not a tourist price by the way, it is the normal price. If you ride the e-trike like a jeepney the price is a lot less. Overall it isn't going to break the bank....This is just something I noticed and didn't have a dislike for anything else.

The host and the caretaker were the best. I have never stayed at any property where the host/caretaker made sure my stay was the best it could possibly be....10 stars to them both. The property was great with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The accommodations throughout the entire property were clean and tidy, with everything in its place.

The things I don’t like is the walking up the hill and most of e tricycle are being picky about going to drop off passengers in Alta Vista. I noticed that most e tricycle drivers are not willing to take you further their routes.

I like the property because it is quiet and family friendly.

Minimal things. It is a bit far from the center but totally acceptable. We got a bit scared by the monkeys in the morning of our stay because one of the monkeys seemed aggressive. But instead of ruining our day, we just considered seeing those wild animals a bonus in our stay. Like my father said, we did not have to go the zoo to see such lovely animals. We watched them from inside the closed glass door. Another thing, the pool water was not so fresh which caused some skin irritations.

It was an amazing experience. We actually transferred from another hotel from the busy Station 2 so we can also experience the other side of Boracay and the place did not fail us.

the host messaged me and made sure everything is being taken care of and if need anything to contact him, he has a very commendable personnel at the property who assisted us all through out our check in. it was smooth and both were very accomodating, the host and the one who assisted us at the property. i will definitely book again and stay n this property

The location is very stiff. It’s not recommended for senior citizens or pregnant woman, unless you have a service.

It’s very tidy. Feels like home. The place was well maintained.The caretaker is very polite. You can see the beauty of the beach from your room.

It’s far from tourist spots and e-tric is costly if we ask for driver to pick us up in the lobby.

I like the amenities of the property plus the room has complete cookwares and no corkage fee if we bring in food/drinks. The staffs are accommodating and ate melody is super helpful which made our stay in AVB more comfortable and convenient.

I didn’t like the stairs as its hard to get up most especially if you have elders with you. We didn’t use the TV.

The place is so nice, peaceful, quiet & relaxing. The LOFT room kids loved it so much, perfect for young family as the room is located at 3rd floor of the Building just stairs, no lift available. Good for workout 😊😊😊. If ever i’m to comeback in Boracay, i will stay here again. Highly recommended and the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

For me the problem was the bedsheets. It was pretty basic, and rough. Also i didnt like the hotel itself as it was full of Chinese, Korean guests. So we felt a bit odd there. Also keep in mind that this is a little distance to other stations. And do not pay more than 150 to go to city center! Also then leaving hotel, tuc tuc only via hotel. so more expensive. otherwise will have to go very sloppy hill down to try to catch one. Which might will take a long time :)

This property is perfect for someone who has more people to stay. Its very spacious. And actually is very cool compared what’s available within this price range. There is great pool, and views from Balcony as well. plenty AC. fridge cooking stuff etc. The lady whom arranged access was super super helpful. Which is great for someone visiting first time in Borocay.

Loved the place! The unit is spacious and clean. It is very near from the pool, and jacuzzi 😊 The owner of the unit and the staff Mhelody are both accomodating. They gave us tips on how to get around, and what tours we can take.
