Limited selection of breakfast or we just expect so much based on the videos we saw on youtube. 1st room that we had everything is not working properly, AC, hot shower, lights for make up room request, drainage and lastly the water fountain to our plunge pool. But they are accommodating enough to change our room and be comfortable.

Great and accommodating staffs. The pool is nice. My kids enjoyed the plunge pool in our room. New hotel.

The roof on the 2nd floor patio was dirty, and I couldn't eat out because of it. The rooms were cold from the air conditioning at night. The restaurant, room service, all ended to eary. By 8pm The cleaning staff never cleaned my room for the whole three days I was there.

we wanted to use our complimentary drinks, no one was at the bar to attend to us. This was a 2 incident thing. We went there at 2 pm, then the following day at 4:30 pm. Other than that, no complaints at all.

1.The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming. After staying for three nights, the room was only cleaned once, and the new slippers were not replenished. The water in the bathroom would flow near the toilet. 2. When you check in, you need to check whether the bed linen has just been changed.

The location is perfect, very close to the shops and restaurants, 5min walking. They arranged the transport for us from the airport to the hotel and back with an extra price. The staff was very polite and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty with a lot of sweet and savory options and with a egg station. I will love to come back next time

The check-in was delayed because of room confusion. A lot of things in our room weren't functioning as intended as well, including the falls in the veranda pool, the door's closing function, the TV functions, etc. These weren't too bad but kind of affected the experience.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the location wasn't bad for the price. Everything was also very clean and the layout of the room was pretty standard.

The property needs some updates, looks dated. Water pressure is very low, lukewarm in the shower and breakfast provided is very basic

Unfortunately, for us coffee lovers, they only have brewed coffee. But it's ok. Plenty of cheap options to get coffee around the hotel. While we were there, the weather was bit chilly and windy. So using the top floor pool was not the best idea. Also, the top floor looks abandoned. A pity because there is so much potential to go there for sunset. During breakfast, one of their staff approached us. At first, he was very friendly, so he asked if we would like to rent a tour from his friend. We said that we were interested in a scooter, so he promised us discounts for being guests at the hotel, etc. Naturally, we checked other prices in the street. Later that day, he called us at least nine times, urging us to book. When he gave me the final price, I noticed he asked much more than the street price. It's normal; it's a free market. So we said no. The problem was that he got offended and gave us a bad attitude every day during breakfast. I think the hotel staff shouldn't be offering tours during their working hours to get a bite from the customers. Finally, you should give a cash deposit of 3000 pesos. But if you would like to give USD, it's 100. Something to keep in mind.

The location is awesome. In a few minutes, you can reach the main restaurants and beach. The bedroom is well equipped, with cable TV (penalty of American channels), a fridge and a nice bed. I know some rooms have a better view, but we were not that lucky. It's ok. The buffet breakfast includes various types of bread and an egg station. Also, a more Asian/Filipino hot meal area changes daily. They have two pools, one in the heart of the hotel and the other on the top floor, with a view to the East of the island. The hotel provides a message at your room for a very good price, so definitely worth it.

It's not like I don't like, but breakfasts could have more variety. There was only brewed coffee, but some espresso/coffee machine will make it better Overall place worth to consider to stay:)

- Staff very accommodating when friendly - buffet breakfast, but after staying 10nights it's get a bit boring - nice and specious room, looks bigger then on photos - close to main beach area (dmall) - got room with pool access - good WiFi* (for most of my time while working there was no problem, but sometimes 1-2 times during night time for like 5-15min the internet speeds drops, but I could use data as backup) - Generator works in case of brownout
