The hill!! as others have mentioned but this is a means to access accommodation and once you have navigated the hill to the door - good to go!

I loved the accommodation - quieter than the busy noise on the sea front. We were able to walk easily around to both sides of the island. Basic facilities for self catering were available and well maintained. Any troubles (sticky door key/lock) were addressed immediately.

The property is up a very steep hill, the description did not specify this but just up on a hill. This is not good for senior citizens like myself and with the extremely high heat it certainly is not something to attempt if you have breathing problems or high blood pressure. Additionally we did not have hot water shower as per the description and the shower rose needs to be replaced. Another minus point is that the air conditioning cannot cope with the heat, I recommend the unit is replaced with a larger capacity to provide the desired comfort, trying to sleep with aircon showing 28 degrees all night was not acceptable.

Bathroom mirror was placed quite high, catered more on taller individuals, unfortunate for short people like me. The place needs more lighting.

The first room were we stayed had the most noisy and not working AC. The room was great but extremely hot. The second night the lovely owner gave us an incredible room, big, very clean and with a perfect AC. The location is very close to the beach and the place is quiet and beautiful.

The distance from the beach, it was too far. You need to hike every time you came from the beach, too inconvenient and too much time wasted. You can't just go back and forth to the beach anytime cause of the hike.

The rooms are clean, looks like new. The wifi was also fast, the staff were friendly. The room was spacious, the garden was also pleasant.

The "Eat-All-you-can" restaurants on White Beach... Sure it's cheap, but the quality of dished is not guaranteed. Be ready for some stomach-ache and diarrhea.....

The hilltop walk, but it's manageable, since we are still young. not recommended for seniors😁 more lights on the walk way please.

I like the nature vibe of Amihan Home. Province feels place (because of the trees thay sorrounds the place and hills). When you woke up you will hear the birds chirping - this an excellent place for me. I love that it's just walking distance to main beach and bulabog beach🙂 i got to explore both beaches without paying for a trike🙂 This is a budget friendly place and the staff are very nice. Shout out to Rose🙂 Our room D3 is big for 2 (we got 1 double and single bed). I like the idea that they have created a fb group for all the customers that are checked-in. I like love the idea of puttong a sticky notes in water thermos with this writing "Good Morning! Hot water for you" I got to play with the dog named Balut🙂 Will definitely comeback to Amihan-Home.

That we had to call / text to open the gate for us. We know there's curfew at 10pm but there should be a way for us to go back to the room without disturbing the owner or staff..so we had to go home at 10 or few mins after ten otherwise will be locked out 😂

Quiet, cozy and comfy garden place...you have to walk around barefoot because they don't allow shoes or slippers inside but the place is kept clean... All the time. Few food options but taste good and enough to get you going in the morning. Water heater and supply is good as well.

I asked them a favor to make a valentine letter for my boyfriend. And they did more than that. They upgraded our home from standard to family room with the balloon and petals of flower. And the letter attached to the valentine balloon. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly... My bad i forgot to give a tip at the end of our stay due to early stress of flight. Thank you Amihan home and management.

Could have been better if there's a microwave oven available for heating food.

Place is very quiet and relaxing. Room is spacious good enough for couple/family. Bathroom with heater is a plus! There's a common kitchen area with ref, stove, water heater for coffee. Staff are very accommodating and always smiling 😊 There's also a guard on duty at night.

Location is on a very steep hill. Room very basic Charged 1000 pesos deposit but there was nothing in room worth anything It's a 10 minute walk to beach not 4 minutes.

I don't feel safe especially they dont have guards to do rounds at night in the hallways. There's this couple fighting near my room at around 1am, they keep shouting, banging the door in their room. I couldnt sleep so I had to send a message to one of their staff to send someone to check on those guests. It was a horrible experience I'm not coming back here

The road going to the place does not have enough lights during the nighttime. Bearable but this can be improved.
