    You don’t get your deposit back, you have to pay 1000php extra if one person is visiting you even if you have a big apartment for multiple people.The water and electricity are pre paid so you have to pay for it if you get cut off plus there is also a fine if you get cut off.And you get cut off without a warning so it’s really bad!And it’s dirty.

    The television is not working & the electricity is prepaid. You need to load your meralco bill so anytime once you forget to load up the electricity will turns off.

    How hard it was to check in & that they ask for deposit equal the amount of the room so you end up paying twice right off the bat. The room didn’t even have toilet paper or towels or extra covers to accommodate 3 people.

    The room that we stayed has alot of cockroaches nobody clean it atleast before we checked in knowing that we will be there on that day.

    The customer service is hard to communicate with. I have been following up with them about my security deposit refund. It's been a month going two months now but I haven't heard back from them. At first they will say that you will get the refund when you check out but on the day of our check out they will send you a message saying that you will receive the refund after 14days which in my case is not. I am sending a follow up everyday but no one is responding to me. It's very disappointing!

    I like that it was clean. However they need to check the blanket.

    The hosts were slow in response. Since its a popular place for the wave pool, it was overcrowded. We wanted to swim in the other pools but we weren't allowed even if we paid for our stay.

    The staffs were kind. They were strict but they were just doing their job properly to keep their clients safe.

    Everything. This stressed me out. Booking.com is unreliable.

    None. I was scammed. This was supposed to be a family trip turned nightmare. We were on our way there but the representatives no longer answered and did not give the form needed so we can get inside Azure. Can anyone tell me how to contact booking.com? I left a report but I did not receive any feedback. They just got all my money.

    The check in was such a hassle. This is the first time i have checked in whereby i need to pay extra just to use the electricity. It was not even clearly stated. True enough the electricity shut itself off in the middle of the night! It was so hot and we thought it was a power trip but was only informed that we needed to pay extra to use the electricity Secondly, the linens were not clean. It was smelly for both the beds and when we lay down on our beds, it felt so itchy! Not just for me, but for all of us. Lastly, the 5000 pesos was agreed to ge deposited back to my account. I checked out on 15 March and till today, 8th April, the money was still not deposited back.

    I stayed at Azure last Monday and it was a complete disaster. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and towel looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks cause it was has faul smell. The bathroom smelled terrible and there was mold in the shower. The staff were unhelpful and rude, showing no interest in addressing our complaints. No electricity when we enter but the host says it does have at the first night but it was all a lie we have to load electricity, No internet, rotting milk in the fridge, The amenities were outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

    Advertised as bed plus sofa bed , there was no sofa bed . I have a screen shot when I booked. When I raised the issue , they changed the bedding configuration in booking.com. The worst we stayed for 2 weeks they did nothing about it. My other traveler moved out as we can’t sleep in one bed . The internet was not working. A week of complaining that the provider gives a message that the act is overdue. Have sent them a screen shot twice , over a week before they paid the bill , despite daily complain about it . They have an auto template to any query that you will send . The TV is not working

    As a Foreigner, i find you people of Azure lousy, unprofessional and scammer. Customer service was way down below standard. Online booking of scam for sure you people are aware % including guards.

    Nothing, i was billed but never made in your hotel, Guards harassed me from the outside and left the place due to your online incompetence method. Booked online and i hot scammed, stayed in the sun for hours within any assistance from the management. You people are scammer.

    I didn’t like everything the unit, the contact persons, the agent- they’re out of reach when we need help for electrical problems. We didn’t have electricity almost 2 days until we left the unit . Until now we didn’t get our damage deposit 5,418 pesos . We cannot reach the Agent woman.

    I don’t like everything , property/unit 511 is sooooo bad and sooooo dirty . Refrigerator was not working even the TV.

    The sink and shower was blocked and we woke to the smell of raw sewage in the morning. We found a work sheet on top of the cooker hood and the problem had been reported 2 weeks previously yet they still took my money and ignored the blockages. I paid 2 security deposits and here I am 7 weeks later and still no refund or any communication from the resort. I would keep away from this place.

    Communication with the property management group was not clear at times and the room was not clean upon arrival. Additionally, we stayed long enough, per the property managment’s own policy, that toilet paper and towels should have been supplied but that was not the case.

    It was a scammed. Dont book to this accommodation. I pay for the booking but when we are in Azure no one contacted us and theh asking for the security deposit amoung to 10,000 pesos which is much higher than the price of accommodation. The contact number also they provided are not answering when we are contacting them. Very disappointing. Please Booking.com remove this accomodation they are scam.

    I was Airbnbing a unit in Miami Tower for 31 nights. This request to stay was for extra family to come an enjoy the property. But Karla D. blocked this effort and scammed me of my funds. The credit card company only will reinbust what was on the card the 4000 peso I have loss forever.

    After paying abnormal amout of funds for a two night stay a security deposit of 4000 peso. Karla D. from Azure management refuse to process the paperwork to have access to the complex. I had no choice but to cancel this reservation. Azure management scam there costomers, because of the cancelation I all so lost 7000 peso that I had to ask the credit card company to back by filling a fraud case.

    For your kind information, our reservation was from Dec 31, 2023, until noon time of Jan 2, 2024, now Azure Resort has not allowed us to check in on said date because you have not issued us the Guest Advice Form (GAF) which should be issued by the property owner and as a requirement by Azure Management before the Guest is allowed to check-in (they did not know the property owner which will be assigned to us) - Azure Resort has nine(9) towers, w/c of them belongs to your client? Now we tried to call your office last Dec 31, 2023, but nobody responded so we were not able to check in at Azure Urban Resort Condominium  Now what we did was to cancel the booking for you to know that we have not used our booking for the same reason that the resort needs to present GAF. Hope and pray for your appropriate action on our request for refund of payment for the said booking and hoping you did not scam us. Thank you.
