It was difficult to locate the hotel. The help desk was not available after 9 pm. We checked in at 12;30. The hotel was closed. The staff told me to come by back side of parking, which was very difficult to locate

We really liked the resort, almost everything was great. The staff is really cool, friendly and helpful. The parrots are magnificent and funny. The pool adds an extra point. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Staff were absolutely charming nothing was too much trouble . Good location close to everything organised our trip to swim with the whale sharks kept us fully informed of the trip. Breakfast was excellent great selection.

Don’t book any transportation or tours through the hotel, it is much more expensive. Just ask any operator in town which is 1 min away.

Great location - close to restaurants and bars but still quiet. Lots of little extras such as made to order breakfast, espresso machine with several flavors, different snacks and fresh fruit for the room, stocked refrigerator with many beverages, and billiards table and other games. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We loved the parrots but they were a bit noisy in the morning so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper

Really clean and comfortable place to stay! Like how they are also quite sustainable having solar panels to run electricity in the resort. Good facilities - swimming pool, gym, pool. Very convenient to sardine run and eateries. Like the free tricycle service. Staff also really nice!

Nothing really but you should know where you are and what to expect. Take into consideration that the whole area isn’t developed as one may expect and enjoy.

Probably the best hotel in Moalboal. Owned by kind European guy who is present most of the time and takes care of the hotel as well as he is doing his best to maintain european standard as much as possible. Honestly, I haven’t seen any better options around Moalboal. Pool was cool and our kids loved it. Food is good, breakfast offer isn’t as wide as in 5star resorts but I haven’t missed a single thing. Fresh made eggs just the way you decide and pancakes as well. Service at the pool bar was perfect. Our family room was spacious and clean.

We liked everything about the Parrot Resort- The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived at 1 am. Everything ran like clockwork. and all advice. guidance and suggestions were presented clearly. I highly recommend this resort for everything, from the comfy and well-equipped room, the very welcoming pool and the sumptive breakfast. Thanks for the great organization and the opportunity for a very relaxing stay. When we return it will be back to the Parrot Resort.

Good quality accommodation. One of the best rooms we have seen in Philippines. The grounds are well kept and there was sufficient parking for cars. Pool and public areas were clean. The parrots were well cared for and kept in pairs “love birds”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were super professional and helpful. Restaurant served very good Thai food. Barman made good strong cocktails!

The room was not acoustically well isolated. We could here the different noises from outside, which was not really pleasant during the night. The bed mattress was too hard.

The calm atmosphere in the property. The personal was really helpful and sympathetic. The opportunity for pingpong, pool table, and baby-foot, and even a small gym. The swimming-pool was well maintained and clean, really pleasant in the late afternoon. We appreciated tye shadow that is bring above the pool. Free Tuktuk delivery from the hotel was a really good service. The airport transfer were nicely organized. The laundry service was price competitive and fast. Breakfast was simple, efficient and good, all what we needed !
