I mostly like, the location of the unit as it front view of palace in the sky and picnic group, and the lake also it has complete amenities and wifi too. the owner and caretaker are very responsive. if you ask me if I'm coming back ill be definitely again.

Old and rusty electronic appliances such as microwave and e.kettle. the door knob in the balcony is also rusty. Pay parking every re-entry on weekends instead of a one time payment.

Everything is all good!!. Air conditioning, wifi, netflix streaming.. clean room.

The room itself is at the end of a very long hallway. The toilet room is really small my knees hit the wall so I have to sit sideways when using the toilet. The room itself is nice, but the residence as a whole needs better maintenance. The elevators are so slow, the pool was very dirty (we swam Tuesday 8am) despite the management closing the pool on Mondays for cleaning. The property does not have lake view, it overlooks an empty lot and the city.

Property came with complete amenities like TV, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, burner, pans, plates, utensils, cups. They even provided dishwashing soap and body soap. Wifi is fast. Room’s decor is really aesthetic. Aircon is cold and quiet.

The price just compensate the place. Only that I'm a bit disappointed! 1st, we were not advice for the room number where to stay. 2nd, I keep texting and calling for the caretaker but she didn't bother to answer my call and text. The pillow case and the comforter has a stinky smell. I suggest to wash it with downy. In the booking , it was clearly indicated that its a lake view and was disappointed that its not!

the struggle in opening the entrance door of the unit, the noise of knocking at the middle of the night misleads other units to determine whose door was knocked on, which produces uneasiness and agitation to the customer, lack of provision of hygienic kit and pair of indoor disposable sleepers.

the VIEW, the air conditioning, the bathroom, the bed,the reception, the signal, the the utilities and facilities, the internal and external resources and the outdoor activities. also we like the ambiance and the attitude of the staff.

The door handle needs repair, very hard to open the door. Security guards very rude and unprofessional. The water in the pool had an artic temperature.

We didn't get a towel in our room. The AC filter is also dirty, there are times that it is hot.

We liked the location of the area. It is accessible to all our basic needs (near Fastfood, Mall & Church, PUV's). The room is also nice.

as we stay for a 3rd time, the room is ok but the facilities we have is kind of disappointing they should check first the room facilities before there guest arrives, there’s busted lights, no tissues in bathrooms, shower is not comfortable, tv is not cleared to watch,also the wifi is not working properly, and they should replace some kitchen equipment for the guest to cook properly.

3rd time to stay here whenever we go here in tagaytay , love the overlooking view of mountain,city and glimpse of taal lake. there roof deck is cool

Nothing that I did not like but there are areas for improvement. - The bath towels provided are a bit worn out. Better to provide new/newer ones. - Put a walis in the unit so guest can clean up especially for longer stay -- we were there for 4 nights. - Also put a rag for wiping the sink -- kahit yung basahan lang na mumurahin. - Add extra hangers since the lower part of the dresser is locked and can't be used.

I liked the location. Also there is a paid parking lot within the vicinity at a very reasonable price. I also liked that all the essential things (as a mom of 2 young kids) I need are there. The items there are a bit old but all are working well -- the electric stove, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, water heater, the SMART TV (Youtube, Prime, Netflix -- you can log in to your account and connect to the TV). It is near Fora mall, down the building there are food stores (breakfast in Nativo is recommended!), salon, convenience store. Across the street there is Arturo's restaurant - food is way better here than the Mang Jose restaurant (owned by Chito Miranda) we tried in Sky Ranch. Our stay here went really well and I will book again next time.

There is a reception with security guards so we could not check in until the owner contacted them to give them our unit number. We tried to call her but the phone in the website is not the correct one so we had to wait until she saw my message on the website. We were offer an upgrade by Booking.com but we ended up in a different room so...No upgrade. At the end of our stay we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere when we check out to spend the day without them. At the reception they said they were not allowed to keep them so we contacted the owner to see if we could leave them in the room (it had to be by email) and we did not get any answer... So I would say that the room was ok, nice views but the communication was quite poor.

Very expensive rooms for few services : the kitchen don’t has equipment or necessary stuff like salt, oil. The room is dirty, mainly the bed sheets (picture) with black hairs. Balcony is so small, nos as in the picture. Shower is almost warm, not hot. finally the pool has an attic temperature.

Sink blocked TV didn't work no microwave- these were eventually repaired - the place itself is very tired needs money spending on it _ the bed is held up with random pieces of timber also we had to fumigate the bed as my wife was waking up with insect bites on her body- overall not acceptable to what was offered in advert I won't be using that apartment again.owner was very nice but penny pinching doesn't work - I work in property maintenance this was on the limit.

I did not like anything at all it was a total nightmare for me and my husband.We have booked a lake view which specifically what is written in the website but what we get is a city view ..I choose to booked in this property for that reason as we will suppose to make used of this as a content creator. I think the owner itself should visit the place and see for herself the situation ..you will see what kind of standard hygiene you are providing to the guest. And i think you will have to update in booking.com as well to provide a specific location of the room.
