The check-out procedure with the room check is a bit strange for me, but it might be a local thing.

The best location on the island, they have their shoreline, which is quite, clean and extremely beautiful, and just a 10 minutes walk from the noisy part if you want to go to a club. Great restaurants nearby.

Good variety of options at the breakfast buffet. Drinks by the pool bar were a bit expensive compared to what you can get elsewhere, but still enjoyed a couple of drinks while we were there. Really liked the pool design - lots of space to find a corner for yourself. Staff were friendly. Room service was ok.

The hotel is brand new with two main swimming pools, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient, in from of the beautiful Bulabog Beach and close to a Kitesurfing school. The hotel offers free shuttle to D Mall every hour.

Aqua is the place to stay in Boracay. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained in all ways. Magnificent pools with different depths that cater to all levels of swimming abilities. A big thumbs up to the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, swimming pool, and security. Always there with a smile and a helping hand. It is located on the peaceful quieter side on Bulabog Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the other side to White Beach, and then you're amongst the hustle and bustle of D'Mall where there's lots of restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately we only stayed a whole week, wish we could have stayed longer!

The location during our stay July/August! The property was exceptional, very clean and well maintained. The staff were so accommodating, courteous and always great you with a smile and really take the time to acknowledge you every time you pass by. The food were superb, delicious, lots of selection and the presentation were perfect. All rooms, I’ll say where-ever in the property were perfect, huge and spacious. I and my family with their family were so please and happy to have the chance to stay at Aqua Boracay Resort, definitely will comeback to stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family! Lastly, I just have to shout out to the Manager Sarah for accommodating us, when we had a hard time finding a property to accommodate all of us during our stay/vacation in the Island! Thank you again, Sarah. Salute!

The staff are just so kind and helpful. Always greeting the guests with genuine smile on their faces. The place is not far at all from D’Mall. The breakfast buffet serves wide varieties of food. The room is really spacious and clean. The overall stay is just superb!

None. Everything was great! Their beach area is clean but preferred to swim and hang out by Station 2 white beach area about 10min shuttle( also walkable if you prefer)

The property is very clean and everyone from the transportation, front desk, restaurant , room service were helpful and hospitable. We had trouble with our 3rd party airport transport where our driver never showed up and Aqua staff was able to accommodate us and pick us up right away from Caticlan airport to the port where Aqua private speed boat brought us to the Boracay port then their Aqua van picked us up and brought to the hotel itself. What a service! Exceptional! There’s a shuttle the brings you to and back from the d mall every hour til 10p. Large pool and great amenities. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in Aqua.

Everything is perfect, the only thing I would recommend is to add options for coffee. They only serve brewed coffee at the breakfast

New and very clean hotel! Very comfortable! The personnel are so friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes by walk to the small, but they also have a shuttle there if you don’t like to walk. Everywhere you can find baskets with umbrellas which is very convenient if it suddenly starts to rain. For the beach rest, they will provide you special rug and even pillows for your comfortable stay! The food in the breakfast is delicious, every day different dishes. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone!

The beach are was not good for swimming. It was not as clean as beaches at Station 2 and 3.

The Hotel was nice and quiet. Rooms are spacious and good for family. There were 2 pools and it was big enough for people to swim. Food at the Qtchn was also delicious. Everyday different menu.

Slightly cold water from the pool. A bit disappointed during our check-in, about 20 mins late and we had to follow up couple of times at the reception because no one comes to update us so we were just sitting there at the lobby waiting.

It’s not located near the white beach although they have a shuttle going to dmall and it’s just walkable. Also they have a white beach on their own at Bulabog beach. It’s now clean, but not the same as the white beach where boat stations are.

I love their bed, it’s very comfortable and soft. We had a good night sleep. Breakfast is also great and delicious! Staffs are very polite and helpful. The place is very clean.

• I love the place and the ambiance. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the staff is very accommodating to our needs as well. They really cater to you. The rooms are really beautiful I can't say anything more but it was just fantastic! Worth the price! It's also not near the noise so you can really relax when you get there. • It was really close to D'Mall so you can either do a 5-10 minute walk towards D'Mall or catch they hourly shuttle for free! It's a really good location if you just want to chill. • Breakfast was really good! There was a variety of choices every day. The staff and the cooks were nice.

When we check in inside to our room, there was a used towel inside the toilet. We call immediately and they came to take an action. Next time, the staff should double check the room during cleaning.
