Honestly, I did not like the staff. As a local with a foreign partner, they almost ignored me and kept talking only to my partner. They should be professional with all guests and not be subjective. Feel free to accommodate everyone, not just someone you think has money. I paid for the booking and personally chose this, not him. 😄

The room is spacious; it feels good to have this place after a tiring day. The food is also excellent. Clean and cozy.

We stay here before over 14 days, everything was perfect.. breakfast was very good everyday different dishes to choose from, staff very friendly and helpful with all your needs. We had a problem with the shower we got immediately upgrade to a bigger room with bathtub, without extra charge. The staff is excellent in every way, they assist you in everything possible, in fact I have been travelling 8 times to the Philippines and this is in my top 3 spot all time. Thank you

We have stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and were very happy with our choice. The room was very clean, quiet, and optimal size. The staff at the reception desk was very professional, helpful, friendly and always met us with a smile. Special thanks to Erica, Hera, and Rhadj. We booked our room with breakfast included and were very satisfied. The food was delicious and a lot to choose from. Thanks a lot to FNB/Patio staff Michelle, Daves, and Jason. In a couple of days we are going to Manila and going to stay at the same hotel.

I have to say this simply because the hotel is still probably adjusting to its policies as a brand new hotel. I think the gym hours have to change into an earlier time because 0900 seems a little bit late. Nevertheless, the staff still accommodated my request to use the gym earlier which is huge plus. The gym needs to have sanitizer available to wipe off the equipment before and after use. Also, I think the shower gel in the shower needs to improve. At first the gel felt like a real gel, but after a few days I feel like it's mixed with water. Hopefully the management remain consistent with that. Otherwise I have no other complaints. I will definitely return here.

I love the staff including day and night staff and the security. Shout out to Justin, the night shift manager who remained consistent with his professionalism and common courtesy that truly embodied excellent customer service. Breakfast options were great, rooms were clean, and the purified water in the room tasted clean

I absolutely didn't like the neighborhood. You can't walk around because "there is nothing", and it's extremely polluted and entirely unsuited for tourism.. I wouldn't book in Quezon again, period, I'd look for another neighborhood, like Makati.

I had a very wonderful 12-night stay in Ardenhills Suites. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception and hotel restaurant to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! I commend Justin, Hera, Raj at the front desk, Jason and his team from the Patio restaurant, Jomari of the Concierge team, and the cleaning staff on the 6th floor for their exceptional service. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Manila, and this one was at the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever: spotlessly clean and spacious room, modern furniture, and extremely comfortable bed. We will come again!

If you book 2 beds, there are not enough power outlets on the other bed because there is a lamp shade plugged in and that is the only outlet on that side. There are many choices of food on the breakfast buffet, and the presentation is good, but the taste of the foods can be improved.

The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. The room aircon is cold and quiet. The staff is truly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They could sense if guests needed something. They all have the initiative to offer their services. The speed of their service is outstanding, they responded quickly to my requests, no matter if it's night or early morning.

The coffee in their in-house restaurant is sour. We even had one made fresh from the machine but in a few minutes it tasted sour again.
