The lighting in the room could be improved as it was a bit dark. The towels were thinning already. Wifi was available, but it does not connect to the Internet. Breakfast could be improved. The lighting in the restaurant too. Some regular fumigation should be done as mosquitos were aplenty. All in all, it was a good overnight stay for us. But at that price point, we expected better.

I like that the staff were attentive; from being responsive to inquiries to the assistance they provided on-site. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Flying termites while dining at the restaurant. Understandable due to rain but it sure would've been nice if they did something about it. A bit lacking of storage for clothes, the room was spacious enough for maybe a closet or a dresser. We were provided just a hanger. Water pressure is a bit low Bedsheet had obvious stains.

Love that the place was not overly crowded so we got the peace and quiet we wanted. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food was ok. Room was big and cold.

We had lunch when we arrived upon the Manager's invitation. We had sisig, salmon belly sinigang and fried chix, but the taste is lacking + very expensive for a small serving. The sinigang is no brainer to cook, they could have added miso and more sourness. The first room we had is big with smart tv (netflix) but all the way to the top with a senior who had difficulty walking. We transferred to lower room the next day but it was smaller and with only local channel. The hotel can also improve on the facilities since the pool is small. They could re-open the play area for pets with pool. I found a poop (which they say is from lizard) on the pillow which they changed. There are a lot of ants even inside the room. The staff are quick to clean the rooms once vacated but we noticed when they sweep the floor, they dont use dustpan and just sweep the dust downstairs. Overall, we had a great time bec the place is relaxing and the employees are very warm and nice, though there are a number of things to improve on as mentioned above.

The place is serene even if it was fully booked. My sis, I and my pet had a great time by the pool by ourselves in the afternoon, but we had to wait for other guests to leave the jacuzzi since it was very small. The staff up to the Operations Head are so kind, hospitable and very helpful esp to my mom. The first room we had (Casita) was huge with Smart TV but it was all the way to the top and my mom had difficulty going up and down the stairs. Also, it has no table and chair by the veranda unlike other rooms. The staff are very responsive when I asked for table and chairs. We were moved to a room near the pool the next day for my mom's convenience but it was small and no Smart TV, only local channel which we were not told about. I like also that they bring the breakfast to the room and we eat by the dining table near the room. The Silog breakfast can be your brunch or lunch already. They dont serve breads which I like eating for my breaky.

All the staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. The room and food breakfast was good.The place has a nice ambience and recommended for a short relaxation with family and friends.

Insects inside the room though all doors and windows are closed. No intercom, only a button to call the staff when you need something.

In times of you need to connect as part of your work, need at least a little time to check emails or reports, WiFi is not that something enough to connect with. If possible they should provide more channels or include Netflix as additional recreation especially for the kids. Most of the staff are friendly and nice, except for 1 staff in charge at night shift.

The jacuzzi was amazing and we have fun since we are the only guest from that day.

The jacuzzi was cold. This was the main reason for choosing the place, so….. The sink didn’t have hot water. The shower would run out of water and then we would have to wait for some time before it came back.

The people were friendly, they had some games for the kids to play with.

They didn’t make up our room, they said no. The breakfast- You were given only one choice of drink coffee/tea/juice. But after we complained we got both juice and coffee. They couldn’t help with lake tour, but we found a local guy that helped us. They couldn’t help us to call a tricycle to the bus upon checkout. It’s a small hotel, and the nature surroundings isn’t great, also it’s far away from the town center. Everything above would have been ok, but the price where way to high…

The room was beautiful and clean, but we booked with a terrace and our room had no terrace. After they showed us the other room we decided to stay.

I think the food could be improved. It's too simple and served in small quantities. The Guest Kits/toiletries would look better if the hotel uses organic or more luxurious products, given the quite expensive rates.

Ambience is amazing! It's a great place for relaxation and leisure. The greeneries, fresh air, and quiet surroundings made the place a piece of heaven. Staff were extremely polite and quick to respond.
