During our stay, some of the facilities were under maintenance like the bathroom on the 2nd floor as well as the 2nd bedroom. Also, the bathroom near the kitchen area kinda smelled bad.

We have the entire 2-storey apartment on ourselves. Ms. Emma, the host was very kind and accommodating.

The comfort room upstairs wasn't functional, so it was a little inconvenient for seven people.

The place was well-kept and comfortable. Their rooms are spacious and tidy. Also, the care taker was very accommodating and friendly. Deserves a raise! Haha! Overall, my family and I had a great stay here. 😊

The heat was the main concern. The aircon upstairs may need a look at, not working properly in the main room. It is a given that the place will be warm given its proximity to the city and let alone the weather pattern we have gone through.

The ability to cook and make our own provisions if unable there are places to go and get what we need within the compound. The sense of security.

The host is very responsive to all our queries. She's very accomodating which we liked the most. You cannot feel that you're away from your home. We're so tired with our two days trip around Cebu visiting different tourist spots and it just feel so good that you go home at Haus of Emerald by Jeyo because it is so clean and everything you need is just around the four corners of your home. You can cook everything you want as kitchen utensils and cooking tools are all complete. And aside from that they have complimentary soap, shampoo/conditioner and toothbrush just in case you forget to bring your own. If there is rating higher than 10 then it might be it would be our rating. Satisfaction at its finest. We'll surely recommend this to our friends and we'll surely back there the next time I'll have my Pinas vacation soon. There are still lots of tourist spots we haven't visited yet here in Cebu. 😊😚

Staff were not helpful. Facilities had not been maintained for a very long time. Eg. Shower was broken, wifi was intermittent, toilet seat broken, very unclean !

The bathroom door was coming off the hinges. The upstairs bathroom did not work, so we had to go downstairs to use the restroom throughout the night. The other room had a bad odor, so we all stayed in one room. There is also a mold issue, which resulted in me getting sick from staying there. There is also a slight bug problem as we had to kill a few. I personally wouldn't stay there again, as it's also distant from being able to walk around and shop, or get massages, or even visit the local market. You need a grab or tuktuk to be able to travel anywhere out of the area. The other issue was the loud music being heard late into the night.

The host Emma was fantastic, and she is beyond amazing as a host. She was very helpful and accommodating, as she provided laundry service since the laundry machine wasn't working. The neighborhood has some fruit stands and ice cream shops, sp it was nice to walk in the neighborhood and get an ice cream.

The bathroom upstairs doesn't work at all I had to use the kitchen sink to wash my hands and brush my teeth because the bathroom sink downstairs did not work either I came across 3 roaches the size of rats and neither bathroom toilets had toilet seats

Stove area has water dripping from pipe upstairs. Drainage in that washing machine smells. Refrigerator good size but needs clean, Microwave dirty from previous tenants, I had to clean it. Toilets and bathrooms look good but needs a good clean,.The apartment needs tough clean ever after tenant..Sheets and pillow cases should be replaced with fresh ones everytime a new guest arrives.

Location and surroundings seems safe, Spacious for 4 people. Good price. Helpful staff. . Place is short drive to main cebu city via the Cordova Expressway and the Cebu Port.

Overall experience is average. Faucet were defective. AC in second room upstairs is not cooling well. Dim light in the kitchen area which is not appropriate when eating. Ceiling fan in the living area is unsafe when switched on. Stand fan is old. Washroom in first floor is defective when locked inside. Bidet hose were unfixed. Shower is surely another agony. Though you look for budget friendly stay in Orr apartment there maybe few good option.

Location is somewhat okay but difficult to get taxi or have to walk 5-10 mins to access public transport.
