Our room was on the 29th floor. On our first day (12/30/23), next to us yelled at us, and we headed back to our room. We were not talking loud nor giggling, and this tenant yelled, "QUIET." We ignored it, and we stopped talking as we entered our room. The next day (morning), New Year's Eve, the tenant's grandson knocked on our room door and advised us not to make loud sounds as his grandpa was sleeping and not to make noise when the clock struck 12 midnight for the New Year Celebration. I was so upset that we requested to be moved to another room because we would be staying for 30 days, and with a neighbor like them who complains a lot, it is annoying. As "balikbayan," we were hardly in our unit during the day. We were mostly out of town. The management transferred us to another room, which we appreciated. We learned from the staff that this tenant on the 29th floor is a unit owner and yells at the other tenants when they make noises that are unbearable to him and knocks at the door of a room when they make noises that are not tolerable for him.

The hotel has a huge room, friendly staff, and is attentive to our requests, especially when our WIFI is acting up, and the buffet is excellent. Also, one of my family members got sick, and they had an in-house nurse who assisted us.

Air conditioner in the living room area of the room didn't work very well and only blew luke warm air and the room was too warm. The air conditioning in the bed room worked as expected, but still while the temperature in the bedroom area was as expected, the living room area was too warm because the air conditioning didn't work well and needed maintenance...shower drain in the bathroom was slow draining and the water would pool in the shower. The facility needs better maintenance.

Very nice restaurant at motel and the food was very good..staff was excellent..facilities were clean and the staff was excellent..spacious rooms with large flat screen tv's that have Netflix and other streaming apps..nice refrigerator and dinning room table in the rooms...rooms were like a apartment more than a motel room.

The parking is way down the basement - either B3 or B4 was provided during our 2-night stay. There are 3 elevators that travel quite fast but it takes an abnormally long waiting time for the lift.

It’s a full apartment. There’s a kitchen, dining area, living room area and the bath tub in the bathroom in the master’s bedroom is a good feature. Iron and ironing board are provided.

The lobby is a bit small for a large number of rooms plus guests from outside wanting to go to the restaurant.

The rooms are very spacious and the food at the restaurant is of really good portion at a reasonable price.

Property needs some tender loving care. Bathroom maintenance is a must.

Handy location, comfy bed, very close to Malls and restaurants. Bedroom and Living room are all clean. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, you can really see how the property is starting to lose its prestige due to its old age. The lobby was too cluttered with guests waiting to be checked in/out. There could be a waiting area to deploy the waiting guests. It took us 30 minutes to get to our room since there were only 3 elevators in service. Even hotel staff were using the same elevators to move to different floors which made the travel time to our room longer.

Though riders for food delivery are not allowed to go up to your room, the bellman delivers the food, no need for you to go down to pick them. Housekeeping is also fast in service for what you need.

The aircons are not working perfectly. Room gets too hold or too cold. Aircons in the bedrooms sometimes dont work. But staff are very responsive when you let them know, they get someone to fix it.

Suite is actually ideal if you need to work remotely. Wifi works perfectly and it has so many tables, wall outlets. The couch is really comfortable

Some front desk staff. During check in I was initially asked for a 6k PHP deposit in cash (which we were not made aware of during booking) but told the staff my husband will give the deposit once he returns from parking our car. When my husband went to reception, he was told by another front desk staff that we had to provide 15k PHP deposit in cash only. This was absurd and told them he was informed it was only 6k. The other staff I spoke to then intervened and settled the issue. To the hotel management, you’ve got a nice hotel and some great staff but please kindly ensure you inform your guests beforehand, during reservations, that you require a cash deposit of a certain amount.
