We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe beach area is dangerous for people to swim in as it can be rough, has some sea urchins and has some rough corals, you have to swim a bit further. No hanger in the cottage, only hooks. The TV doesnt work and wifi only works well by the reception/resto areas.
The staff were accommodating and gave us information about the island and transportation from the hotel to the wharf. The cottage was cosy.

New ZealandIt is very difficult to find the resort. Here Maps points you on a different location. Facilities are a bit out dated. But the have a new building so it should be good
Location if very far but the water is so clear compared to other beaches in Samal Island. It is not a white beach but it is very clean compared to a normal beach now a days. There were not much guest when we book so the resort was somehow exclusive to us. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

PhilippinesIt's quite far since it is located at the opposite side of the island. Suggested to the caretaker to provided a road map on their Facebook page to guide the guests. We got lost on the way.
If you are looking for a place to refresh, reset or getaway from the city life, this place is recommended. The staff is accommodating and hospitable. The waters are so clean and clear you can see the corals and fishes few meters from the shore. Recommended for snorkeling.

PhilippinesThe electricity of the resort. It makes our stay uncomfortable one for there no electricity during the evening also the hotel doesn't have a generator at all ,only if they have then there guest should have a comfortable stay.
I like the location of the resort and the spacious room as well as the staff has been very helpful.
