the ceiling shower was terrible, the water flowed out of the shower stall, refrigerator in the room was dirty . ugly scaffolding can be seen from the window, so the curtains had to be closed

We only had warm water and not hot water whenever we showered and the toilet kept leaking and they had to switch out the refrigerator because it was not working, but they were very prompt in switching it out

The Hotel has no Pool? But its the only thing i did not like about the hotel

The Breakfast was good for a small Hotel it was a basic buffet that had enough choices to satisfy a Philippino and a Westerner. The Hotel itself was very nice clean fresh and newly renovated and I would recommend Hotel to friends.

Everytime you would take a shower, the water would splash out of the shower area even though you try to avoid it. The breakfast choices were quite few and the area wasn't that big, though they did offer a nice looking breakfast area and cafe.

The bed was nice and the room was quite comfortable. This is a great location since it is near most of the malls and restauarants. For a business traveller, this is a perfect location. There are also many options for transportation.

Except their restaurant didn’t have much option for dinner but anyways there were SM Mall nearby. Their shower design are so poor water splashes outside to your dry area, no door.

What was very disappointing while staying there, when we are trying to rest and looking forward for a good nap since we travel from afar, but sadly we are disturbed with all the noises from these people who are working outside their hotel for some renovation or whatsoever, and above our room loud sounds of hammering. Like, WHAT? do you really expect us to understand this kind of noises when the reason why we check in to your hotel is to relax and to rest??? And what was so very very very disappointing at night, AGAIN looking forward for a good night sleep BUT there are some neighboring rooms who also checked in specifically Room 513 a group of uneducated mouth! They are so loud as hell like they owned the place even it was midnight. There are house rules and so on, but the question is how they take actions to control this kind of individuals who are so brainless not respecting silence!!! So restless that I don't even consider if the price of the hotel was worth it even though the place is so nice but very disappointed with all the noises. Take note: Their rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everything outside the room, so how much more the loud ones?

The hotel itself was very clean and the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. And they also have a shuttle service free of charge transporting from airport to hotel vise versa with schedule, and it's up to you if you will give a tip on the driver.
