The location is a bit further out of town.

Beautiful cottage in the nature near Port Barton. The host is very kind and quickly feels like family. The garden is calm and offers a lot of place to relax.

This was our favourite place to stay on our trip. The little huts are comfortable and clean, the whole place is very peaceful and owners were lovely. Also there are cute dogs and free coffee. Definitely recommend ❤️

The owner was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The location is pretty nice and the dogs around are very friendly. In the direct area around are a lot of chickens that are very loud. But you get used to it and at night you need to have oropax. If you are okay with that, it’s a loverly stay! To the centre it’s a walk of 15 min. You can rent a scooter from the owner. All in all we highly recommend and would love to come back someday!

the place is great 4 the money ..but a 10-15 min walk to the beach is a broken ankle waiting to happen so after a few drinks on a night 😫(not many tryks about)the roads that bad ..and there must be a 100 hens around the place from 3-4 am they never shut up ... the peoole who help to run it are great ...but the 2 issues i had .sadly they obviosly couldnt do anything about not there fault 😏its a shame ..but wouldnt stay there again 🤷‍♂️

Chilled vibes, clean and tidy, they can organize activities at affordable prices.

The bungalows were comfortable and very clean. The garden is beautiful and the owners/managers are super nice couple. Mr Dong arranged for us an amazing boat day trip (private boat) for 2000 PHP each. We snorkeled in multiple locations with seat turtle, coral reefs and had lunch on paradisiac island.

Not well sign posted (it's down the dirt track) I got charged double the amount for laundry then I would have in the town It's a dark walk at night into town if you don't have scooters

The property is a little walk from the town and as a solo traveller the walk is a little dark getting back in the evening. I didn’t feel unsafe though and you can always get transport.

What a lovely little spot! The family were so lovely too. Felt very at home here. The huts were clean and had their own bathroom.

The property was a little far from the town, but honestly it was very nice walking around and you can also rent a scooter from the family. No wifi available, but it’s a good time to put your phone away.

I spent my Christmas here and I think I haven’t stayed at a place that is as welcoming as Back Trippers Inn! The room was very comfortable and it was very peaceful, the hammock outside is a nice touch. The bed is also very comfortable! Amazing value for the price. The family owning this accommodation was extremely sweet and their daughter, Dimple, showed me a beautiful waterfall and the town. The family was always checking up on me, free coffee was always outside my hut and they were always talking to me, keeping me company and inviting me to celebrate Christmas with them. I felt very welcome and I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas:) Salamat!

It was quite noisy with dogs and cockerels. But nothing a good set of earplugs could sort. It was a little walk out of the town but could always get a ride.

I loved the set up of the huts, the beds were really comfortable and it was nice having a space to chill. The family were soooo lovely too. Laundry service was excellent.

For the price, it’s a nice place to rest. Very nice and cute dogs. Can book tour through the family for a better deal than other companies.

The only negative point I’ll say that there is no WiFi but otherwise everything was perfect.

First the property is pretty close from the center. The staff are very nice and will make you feel like family. The tiny houses are clean and if you want to book an excursion you can directly ask the hosts.

Nothing. Don't stay there if you cannot handle basic facilities (cold water, little functional space for luggage) but we had a good time there!

Lovely small nipahuts with a deck to hang out. The family that takes care of the place is extremely friendly and helpful! There is a mosquitonet.

-no Wi-Fi and internet data didn’t really work in huts but wasn’t a major issue -shower ran out of water a couple times but it was turned back on straight away -walls are quite thin so at times it was a bit noisy but this is to be expected when you are out in nature!

-great location only around 10 minute walk from the beach/town -very well kept outdoor area and the huts were really clean and comfortable -lovely hosts who are really kind & helpful -mosquito nets -free water -cute puppy

There is no hot water like anywhere else in Palawan. for us it is irrelevant.

Very nice, friendly staff, ready to help at any time of the day with anything. They organized the best snorkeling tour of the wonderful coral reefs. The house was very comfortable, we slept well after a long journey. A wonderful experience of staying in a Philippine countryside. The location is a bit far from the beach, we had a car, this was not a problem for us.

This place was lovely. The hosts were lovely and gave us a coffee every morning and they even get us food when we arrived late for check in. The location is a bit out the way but we had a lovey stay. You can also book boat trips through the host, unfortunately due to weather we didn't get the chance. Also no WiFi which can be a bit of an annoyance but that's the whole of the Philippines really

I like having our own nipa hut with veranda with the green mountain as backdrop and natural cool breeze. It is a quiet area where you can relax, unwind and chill, with waterfalls and beach nearby on a short ride and hike. The staff & owner are not only nice & polite but also attentive to our needs. They arranged our island hopping & land tours, massage and van transport going back to Puerto Prinsesa. You can request them to buy & cook breakfast & dinner for you. I'll surely come back & bring my friends and relatives here.
