The location is not great and there is dirt road 10 min to get to the hotel. The hotel manager said they are going to pave it soon. The pool in the villa is very small and there's no shared area to stay at, but this is something we knew when booked.

The staff was amazing and helpful in everything. It is a small boutique hotel with personal service. Much more than any hotel. They fixed anything that came up and took good care of us. The villa is nice and well organized. Food and extra services are same prices as outside. they don't overcharge you.

All was great

Best thing about the property is the staff friendliness. When we had a small issue Peter, the resort manager, acted in timely manner and save the day. He followed up a couple of times and made sure everything is ok. The rooms are clean and comfy. The appliances are convenient enough. We forgot some stuff and they delivered it to the airport at last second. Thx to Peter again!

It is an extraordinary property. The staff looked after us exceptionally well, ensuring all our needs were met. The property is located a bit outside of El Nido with easy access by tricycle ( which staff will order for you)—a lot of good restaurants around and you can even order food to your villa.

Nothing really, although it is worthwhile knowing that the curtains installed in the villa are not “black-out” so it gets very bright in the mornings. Although this did not cause us any issues.

The rooms were wonderful, fully equipped with a small kitchen allowing you to prepare food if required. Comfortable beds and fantastic housekeeping. The outside area allows you to relax around your private pool and you can order food and drinks via WhatsApp. Every morning the reception delivers you a delicious breakfast to the room. You can request a floating breakfast if you want. However, the prize goes to some of the absolute best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Any requests or issues are resolved immediately without having to ask twice. If you’re looking for the best stay in El Nido, look no further!

There is nothing really negative about this property. The only thing to mention is that the location is a little bit out. It’s about an 8 min drive to Lio Beach and 15 min to El Nido Town. This wasn’t really an issue as we all had motorbikes to get around which was super fun! The villas also organise TukTuk rides for those that don’t want to ride the bikes.

This is such a beautiful property. Rooms were immaculate and the deluxe villa was amazing. It had a beautiful pool and outdoor seating area. The staff there were super friendly, helpful and always accomodating. They organised beautiful breakfasts, motorbikes and tours.

An incredible stay ! Our villa was spacious, very clean, well designed! The staff made us feel at home since our arrival… We really enjoyed our private pool! Specially just after a long day at the beach ! Our villa consist a fully equipped kitchen and complimentary coffee, tea & water ! We also booked a private tour with their speedboat and this is a game changer !!! Highly recommend to do this, it’s worth the price We have customized our island tour, skip the crowd, amazing boat, amazing captain & food was delicious! The breakfast was also a highlight, they have a big choices and the lovely team have delivered it to our villa and even brought it in a tray that can float in our private pool !!! What an experience ! And it is fresh & delicious! Amazing stay, gorgeous villa, delicious food, wonderful service…! We found a home away from home here in El Nido! Highly recommend this hotel & we will surely come back ASAP !

You have to take a tricycle to the town

Good communication from hotel prior to arrival. The villas are spacious and clean. Breakfast was really tasty and had good choices. We did not use the pool in our villa but it was a bit small.

It was kind of far from the tourist area. If you wanted to go out to eat you’d have to pay for a tuk tuk motorcycle to bring you out which of course costs money to and from which does add up pretty fast. The villas do have a menu which you can order from. We ordered burgers our first night and to be honest the burgers were not good. Which was surprising because the breakfasts were so delicious.

The breakfast every morning was amazing. It was displayed so beautifully. Everything tasted great for breakfast. They gave you an option of what time you wanted it delivered to your room which was nice. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was truly such a special experience. The private pool was so fun. My son loved it so much. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the lighting was perfect. Overall, I am so happy with my stay at Bahala Na. 10/10

The pool didn't recycle itself so the water was not very inviting. Bugs come in it nightly. Even withthe pool boys Cleaning it each morning the water was still not so inviting to enjoy the pool. The floating breakfast was okay. I paid for two people but could only order one breakfast( The second person couldn't make it). I didn't like that. The food options weren't that great. They have a 'large' menu but i don't believe They have cooks and they just ordered the food from restaurants nearby to be delivered. You have to pay the delivery person directly in cash and couldn't charge it to the room. Lizards are around but nothing too crazy.

The place was aesthetically pleasing cute as the pictures. Very spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all you needed (except wine glasses). It was pretty quiet But you could hear neighbors Very clearly when outside. Luckily everyone was pretty quiet. Bed was comfy and the service was great. staff was friendly & helpful. Oberall it was very quiet and relaxing. Super hot During the day because of the glass. Bathroom was clean.
