The bed was a little small but other than that it was great.

The staff were so lovely at this property, being very helpful with any tours or transport that you want. They even have cheap snacks and drinks to buy which was very useful. The room was a good size with air con and a good pressure shower. It was also in a good location, being able to walk to most places. You also get 15% off the cafe next door which do the best food and we went there several times!!

Right next to a main road so quite load at night, but they do provide ear plugs.

The only thing missing was that there wasn't a top bed sheet provided, just the bottom. However they had a small blanket but it is a bit too warm considering the weather.

The staff was super helpful, they even gave me a complimentary breakfast because I booked a big room just for myself. I liked that they sell some essentials and snacks at the reception and the location is super central just 5 mins walk from the promenade/sea front. There is also a cafe next door from the same owners where you can get 15% discount.

It is in front of the avenue so it can be a bit noisy, but the hotel provide ears plugs.

The staff and breakfast are great! Room is a bit small but for one night in Puerto Princesa it is all you need. Also, it is pristine clean and has hot water!

This place is real value for money. If you want to use this only as a transit place then this is one of the best at this price. Also, baywalk is just 500 m from this place which is a great hangout spot.

The pension is located in a very congested street and the noise level could be a bit annoying. Yo need to wear ear plugs at night

The noise of the traffic outside was non stop but the hotel provides ear plugs to help you sleep. Breakfast was meagre so went for a 2nd breakfast down the road.

Good value Staff did their best to be helpful and were very friendly Able to stay for one night when arriving in PPS and then the staff stored our luggage while we went to Balabac. Our luggage was in our room when we returned from Balabac for our second stay at Balayong.

Wifi is almost non existent. Bed is slightly small. Towels could do with upgrading as they shed a lot.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay - they provide earplugs as the accomodation is on a fairly loud road. The staff are very lovely and helpful. We were able to leave our bags with there while we were on a 4 day tour in Balabac which was amazing.

As others mentioned, it is quite noisy however that was expected and didn’t impact us too greatly. We did book a van to port Barton (for our next stay) and was told a 10am pickup time. We returned after breakfast at a local cafe at 8:50am and was told the van had arrived and we had 5mins to pack, as we had not done this yet.

Good aircon, hot water, clean & comfortable room - greatly exceeded our expectations.

With 120cm in width this was one of the smallest double beds we had the past months. Wouldn’t call it ‘deluxe’. It’s more just a standard room. Also the AC is very loud. We only stayed for one night and that was more than enough.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was decent.
