My foot got accidentally pierced by a nail while walking to our room. Very dangerous. Public toilets have an unpleasant smell and are not so clean. The room is just plain and not beautiful. Not a very good experience.

Near the beach. That's the only benefit. Trust me it's better to find other accommodation with better facilities even if you need to walk a few minutes.

The bathroom doesnt have any clothes rack. The staff lend us plastic chair so we can have something to put on our change of clothes. And also room for 8pax only has 1 bathroom only which is also a fault in our part for not asking. 😅 Food selection for breakfast. Specially if you have kids with you during your stay you would understand. But overall our stay is great. We'll book again here in our next vacation in bora.

Worst place we have ever stayed, we checked out after 1 night for the first time ever. It took us 2 months to get our money back as they weren't cooperating. The hotel is hard to find anyway, you have to walk through a restaurant, tattoo shop and office to find it. The rooms are old and unclean and the hotel is next to a fish market, which plays loud, awful karaoke until 1am, the staff don't tell you this and when you let them know, they just shrug. The noise was so loud the bed was vibrating. When they finally moved us to a different room after asking 3 times, they then called at midnight to let us know that actually we needed to move as the room was booked. We woke up in the morning to find that the aircon was broken and that the condensation in the room was so bad that everything was soaked, the bed, our stuff, it was awful. The room was full of black mould and looked like it had never been cleaned. They also tried to ask us to pay more money for it! When we checked out, they could not of been more unhelpful and dismissive, one man was even laughing. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Paid for a room with a balcony/terrace, didn't get it. Wi-Fi sucks, it's non-existent. It keeps shutting off. Paid for the breakfast but it is cold and has no seasoning, not even eatable. On site buffet crates lots of public foot traffic out the back which is the main entry and exit point of the hotel.

Nobody knocked the door to clean our rooms. Also, there should be clothes hanger outside for each room so we can leave our wet clothes to dry outside.

Room is great it is large enough for my family. Location is the best. It is very close to the beach. Also close to shops, eatery & events. The staffs are all very helpful and always there whenever we need them. All staffs are great, they are doing their job well! We enjoyed our stay & will surely come back!

I dont like is no 1 is the shower doesn't work good. Water is slow,and the heater wasn't working maybe bec the water was very slow. And 2nd omg there is big flying cockroach inside our room we all scream and there is some lizard as well. The cleanliness area its ok not superb. I only have issue of water and those flying cockroach inside.

The property is quite nice and its a plus coz we dont have to walk far to go beach. The beach is in the front of our hotel.

There is a air compressor machine in the middle of the hotel that make so much noise that 70% of all room are effected from this equipment ; . most of the bathrooms are with mold .(.we change 3 rooms) ! finally we have a room with less noise from this equipment , but unfortunately was full of mold ! they don't clean the room or replace the towel or change the bed , you must request them and looks like a pleasure to you ! breakfast included yes ...is terrible ! you can drink only a nescaffe ! Finally they believe to be 3 star hotel, but is is not nightery 1 star hotel !

On the first night the AC in our room needed fixing (it was very loud). They said they would look at it whilst we were out, but when we returned much later that night it still wasn't fixed. The staff at reception did try to be helpful in showing other available rooms, but there was a lack of organization (e.g which rooms were available) . They moved us to another room for one night but told us it was only available for one night . The next morning, speaking to a different staff member, they said it was available for the duration of our trip (2 nights). There are many rats in the courtyard area.

The location is great - it is right by white beach, near to a 7-11 , bars and restaurants etc.

Toilet seat cover wasn't fixed so it moved everytime we used it. No shampoo was provided, as well as bath towels to step on if the floor was wet. There was no room service offered and our rooms weren't cleaned daily. Pillows are uncomfortable, full of clumps and looked old with holes in the pillowcase. Not friendly for people with mobility problems as we were given a room with high stairs, despite my email informing them about my issues. Coffee cups are provided with kettle, but no coffee sachets, and spoons to stir the coffee with.

Everything else. Absolutely no wifi, no cleaning of the room, dirty and torn bed linens, cramped and dirty room. For the price there are much better options in Boracay!
