Best customer service and best location. Staff are very accommodating, and the owner is very welcoming. Shout out to Lenlen, who is very on top of her job, and George for making great cocktail drinks. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location! The friendly staff! The food (we tried almost everything on the menu). The owner George, his wife MJ and all the staff really made us feel welcome. George drove us to the places we wanted to visit and helped us out whenever needed. It felt like home, with the waves and beach right in front of you! The perfect spot for surfing, swimming and relaxing. Everything was perfect! We had a great time and will definitely come back in the near future!

The staff were very nice but had a couple of mistakes about the bill and our orders. They also need a better system when it came to getting guests surfing instructors.

We had a perfect stay at Bamboo, it’s right by the beach so you can wake up to the sounds of the waves. Bliss. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing from the restaurant! Really enjoyed our stay. George the owner is very friendly and helpful too, giving touristy tips and places to go / see. We obviously booked Bamboo knowing it was a little way away from General Luna / cloud 9 main touristy bit. We got a scooter from the airport so could explore the island and go down to general Luna. So this didn’t bother us at all, and we enjoyed the quieter part of the island but where you can still surf. Thank you Bamboo team

We loved it here! When you come to Siargao make sure you head up to Pacifico- it is a beautiful location. The surf is really great for beginners (right in front of the resort) we had a couple of lessons with Nick who was brilliant! Really close to restaurants but it is best to have a motorbike to get around. The food in the restaurant is delicious! The room was great, spacious and comfortable. It was really nice chilling out in the hammock. All the staff were super friendly and the owner George is great to have a chat with!

Amazing location. If you are looking for more quiet place to stay here is the best one. Very good location for beginner surfers. Very near at the airport just 20 mins ride from there. Locals are Amazing people and bamboo has Super Amazing staff with super amazing owner! Very helpful, very polite and respectful. The room are very neat and has an amazing view of the beach. Food is very nice and quality. If you want beginners lesson for surfing they have available trainor there and they are the best. Very very lovely stay! Will definitely come back and stay here again.

The power on siargao island sometimes goes out for a couple of hours but never last long.

The view is perfect, looking out over the beach and ocean , the food is very good and large portions which I really enjoyed. It's peaceful and the staff are very relaxed happy and make the experience welcoming. We extend our stay an extra night because of the tranquillity. We stayed in the beach view bungalows, and will do again. It's a genuine place for relaxation.

The power outages happened often and the internet was very unreliable.

The location is perfect. great beach for beginner surfers and even more advanced surfers on days when the waves are bigger. The owner George was a truly kind and friendly acquaintance and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and new.

the beach is the perfect spot to surf for all levels. as a beginner the lessons are cheap, instructors great. The rooms are just great and you can see they were built and decorated with love and care. everything you need. i stayed in the garden view and was very happy. food is good and staff are amazing and always helpful. The hosts George and MJ are the soul of the place and super available and caring about their guests. you can rent scooters just near by. well done! great place to stay out of general luna to relax and enjoy the real siargao

Our room is on the beachfront and has a spectacular view of the sea and waves, especially during sunrise. Pacifico has a very relaxed vibe compared to General Luna, which me and my husband enjoyed very much. The hotel has its own restaurant/bar, you can order food or beer and have it delivered to your room, or you can just eat there. They serve good food. This is very convenient because there aren't many resto options in the area. The staff is also warm and approachable if we need anything. Last but not the least, its owner Georg, is such a great host. He drove us around the island and gave us a tour on the must visit sites. He is very attentive to our needs and made sure our entire stay is comfortable.

Nothing we didn't like about the accommodation as it was fantastic. But a note to say that this is a very quiet area, which was lovely (!) but 2 days was enough for us as we didn't have a moped so we were quite restricted on things to do. The beach isnt one that favours leisurely dipping in and out of the sea as its quite rocky (and obviously wavey), this again didn't bother us as we knew it was a good surf spot (we had lessons from BayBay up the road) but again something to consider for some. Food is served until 7pm and the other cafes nearby similarly close at an early time of night. Its a very very chilled place / area which is great but we hadn't realised quite how chilled it was 🙂

The location is fantastic, right on Pacifico beach. The surf break outside is not crowded like cloud 9 and offers a nice deep, peely right at high tide. The food was great and portion sizes are good and the staff and owner were amazing. In all, highly recommended if you fancy a chilled few days on the island! Thanks again. We hope to come back!

The bungalows were nice and spacious, but the colour scheme was not for me. Some small improvements with interior design goes a long way. But actually you come there to see the outside beauty, and it's absolutely beautiful

I thought that the food was great value, and the staff were exceptional. Especially the girl MC , she was very helpful and friendly and made our stay very pleasant

Everything was great! The location is amazing, just a few steps away from the beach. The cottage was very comfy and clean (AC and hot water). The food was delicious...best breakfast in the area.
