Breakfast could have better options, and only 3 tables (there are some outside). They also let people with laptops sit in the breakfast room when they are not eating at prime time, so one morning we really struggled to get a seat and had to sit outside with flies/mosquitos. During breakfast hours, they need to have a rule not to use this area as a working space as ruins the experience for other guests.

We stayed here for a lot of our time in Puerto Princesca. Very clean in the rooms, and everything is new as it is a new hotel. Beds comfy and pillows. WiFi good. Location right near the shopping centre. Really friendly/helpful staff, especially those who work in the restaurant and by the front doors who help us carry bags.

Obnoxiously basic accommodation with scarcity as the main idea. Not enough toilet paper, not enough soap, bed sheets 100% synthetic poly, the AC sounds like it’s possessed. Horrific breakfast - rice with fried banana and instant coffee. Don’t even bother to try it. We asked for a scooter - of course they offered me a 30% above the market rate.

It is worth to stay here. Its new and clean. The staff are accommodating. Spacious parking lot. and beside is laundry area. No worries for wet and used clothes. We"ll be back here.

There was a funny smell in the room, like the smell of anti termites or something, and there were no windows, so the smell didn't get away. Also, I felt really itchy in the bed, not sure if I imagined or there was a real something in there.

The hotels in Philippines are generally very noisy, as, it’s a touristy place overall. So, next time you book, request the room to be further down the corridor, especially if you want a good night sleep.

The room itself was very clean, for the price we paid, we were really happy. The receptionist was exceptionally good! She sorted out our tour for the underground river and, also, our transfer for the El Nido.

In booking.comtold airporr transfer is part of services which is why i chose.bambu suites. It turned out itsbis not free. Also i was confirmed.for booking for 1 queen bed but when i arrived i was told they arr giving me twin beds instead.if a queen bed since the staff said ghey have not updated booking.,om info. No coordination between.light staff and early morning staff Morning staff were not informed about my airport transfer. But it was remedied immediately by.mornjng staff.
