Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWe only stayed at the hotel for a few ours as we were leaving towards Bohol Island the following day. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the traditional filippino breakfast that the hotel provided for us. It took us 15 minutes to get to the port from the hotel which was quite convenient.

ChinaStaff was not warm, no small even manager, we stuck in lift, and my friend miss the bus to the airport. staff was not quite helpful and when manager come, no apologize to us even no sorry. Room is old, door cannot close automatic, need to push. Tower was dirty, colour was not white.
Location is good, near SM, and there is airport bus just in front of Hotel, 7/11 nearby, easy to buy food and drinks.

BelgiumI have asked for extra towels prior to my arrival hence we have children but we were told that "normally", there is an extra charge for the extra towels. Also, breakfast, were normally with coupons,but a lot of the guests were not told to get the breakfast coupons in the morning. And children were charged which was a surprise to most guests. Reception should have told that before hand, or even the website itself. The cabinet doors needs to be replaced Room 1120, we had a hard time closing and opening them. The toilet seat is also broken. In the 4 rooms that we reserved 2, had broken mugs because we made coffee and they were leaking. R1116 the front needs to be replaced.
