We requested for room make-up while we are outside the hotel but no one came to clean the room after 4 hours. Carpet looks old, dirty and smells bad.

At the corner just at the hotel, there were prostitutes plying their trade, so when I left for UK, my wife didn't want to stay there, so I moved her to another hotel. The curtains, particularly the net ones had not been washed for ages. Although I had booked a deluxe room, this was not available when we arrived, so we were put in to a room with disabled facilities, which was awkward to use the toilet, and the receptionist said that all of the rooms were like this. After a couple of days and my wife's complaining we were moved to a deluxe room by the front desk manager (curtains were still dirty)

Restaurant food was very good and staff were excellent. Breakfast is also very good. In general all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, including the door staff. The spa is good as is the swimming pool. In general it is a good hotel that could be better with a few small improvements

The rooms were a bit dated, old TV's with 20 year old cable channels, Wifi wasn't worth connecting to, extremely slow, I did a speedtest and it was 3mbs whereas the data on my phone was 20mbs. The other thing was there are not enough power points, Trying to charge 2 phones and plug in a laptop proved difficult.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, easy check in, check out process and good location.

Weak internet and slow elevators. The room looks nicer in pictures. It is clean but the carpet and towels have seen better days.

Not enough parking space- we got charged over 800 for an overnight parking in mall. Cr is very old and has broken flush.

I had pre booked my room months in advance. When we checked in our first night, the room was downgraded, and the bed was too small. But the next day, we got our correct bed size and room. The shower water was boiling hot, and the cold water just trickled out. The hotel site and booking site says there's a smoking area. When, in fact, there isn't one when I went to smoke, the interaction was quite rude with a couple of guards and the front desk lady. When I asked where I could smoke, they just said I couldn't. Luckily, a guard helped me out the next day. Also, there was breakfast, but it felt like the food options were very limited. Some people are able to book the entire dining area for days, which was mildly inconvenient for everyone else. We would move to the first floor to have breakfast with very limited tables and even less food options.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful even the interactions with the housekeeping were pleasant. We requested extra chairs for our wedding and the cleaning staff helped us out. We also didn't incur extra fees for our wedding guests, which was nice of them. The male manager found out we got married in our room and sent us a fruit platter gift, which was quite nice. The AC was very cold, which I loved. The guards were very helpful when getting out of grabs. The internet was pretty good. My wife works as an online teacher, and it was fast enough for her work. They did have shower mats, which not all hotels offer, so that was a bonus.

The morning receptionist is not that nice & was complaining for another guest that is asking assistance to get his tv working. Not very approachable when we were asking for the wifi connectivity since they were have some problems by that time.

The property is very old and has cockroaches crawling in the bathrooms and by the hotel street entrance. It needs to be remodeled.
