I must address a point of concern regarding the toiletries provided. Regrettably, the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, soap, body gel, toothpaste, and even the slippers fell short of our expectations. The low lather shampoo and conditioner, in particular, had an adverse effect on my hair, leaving it stiff and causing dandruff after just two uses. even the body gel does not lather at all, you don't feel clean after taking a shower. This poor quality detracted from the overall experience and did not align with the otherwise exceptional standards maintained throughout the hotel. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient amenities. However, we hope that steps will be taken to address the issue with the toiletries to ensure that future guests have an equally enjoyable experience.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in the 2-bedroom Presidential Suite located on the 12th floor. The reception staff during both check-in and check-out were commendably friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth process that was both quick and hassle-free. The Presidential Suite itself exceeded our expectations in every regard. The spacious rooms, bathrooms, dining area, and living room provided ample space for our family of four to relax and unwind. We particularly appreciated the presence of three large TV screens, one in each room and one in the living area. The master bathroom, complete with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and bidet, was especially impressive. Furthermore, the delightful scent within the room added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Our dining experience at Spencer's was satisfactory, albeit slightly lacking in variety compared to other hotels we have visited. Nevertheless, the friendly and attentive staff more than compensated for this, ensuring that our breakfast was a pleasant experience overall. We also enjoyed our time at the pool, with the heated water providing a welcome respite from the scorching daytime temperatures. The courteous and helpful pool staff further enhanced our enjoyment of this facility. One of the standout features of your hotel is its convenient location, situated within close proximity to ATMs, drugstores, restaurants, and convenience stores. This made our stay all the more convenient and enjoyable.

Receptionists were extremely judgemental and unhelpful Upon trying to check in at 12:30pm, we were told that standard check-in time was 2pm, we were not asked about any details i.e. name, booking reference, ID, which bags were ours etc. that would identify us and what room we were going to get, but were told that we should take a seat, and that we would be informed when our room is ready. We decided to leave the hotel premises to buy some food. We came back around 1pm and sat in the lobby until 1:50pm, the whole time seeing that the receptionists were trying to ignore us and being extremely friendly with other staff who looked either foreign or were dressed nicer than us. Attitude of the 6 receptionists changed dramatically once we presented our Australian passports, and we were given our room keys not long after. Upon entering the room with our luggage, we noticed a bag was missing, and found out through contacting reception that they gave it mistakenly to another guest of the hotel. We got it back after only after 2 days apparently because they were not able to contact the guest due to an event. Apparently misgiven luggage was less important than briefly interrupting a guest during an event held in the same building Also, the shower area was bad as it leaked water to the rest of the bathroom floor whenever we shower

Bedding became uncomfortable. It would get too hot even with the temp turned down. Too thick/ heavy. Probably should be half as thick like the one I’m staying at in Makati. Slept great.

The A/C fan only had one speed and was too loud. The free WIFI was and unsecured network which some apps will not allow access if so. The electrical switch pad below the thermostat was far too bright at night as it lit up the whole room and actually woke me up several times....it needs a cover.

Staff was outstanding at the front desk and at breakfast (Floyd) and everywhere else. Cactus Jacks restaurant was also very good. Mattress bedding and pillows were great!

The hallways were not airconditioned, so it was fairly hot as there were 40 close to 50 degree days when I was there. I understand the cost saving measure though.

Top notch service provided by all hotel staff members. From the hotel security, valet parking, receptionist, housekeepers all the way to the restaurant team members. Been to 30 over countries, tried 100s of hotels but none was close to the service we received from this unassuming hotel. Absolutely faultless service. The rooms were of good size, and so were the bathrooms. Always cleaned properly, every single day.

In this case . There is a certain waiter who ask my wife if she is alone . I was in the video call with her that time shes eating in stake house . And when my wife answered that im with her . He ask what is my profession and it so unprofessional for someone to ask a guest about those kind of matter . It pissed me off . Because i want her to relax and eat and that waiter came to her and ask those questions. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Although Wi- Fi speed showed 100 MBPS download and 50 MBPS upload.It somehow felt slower. Maybe it is my mobile phone?

Excellent hotel. Been to a few during my time in Angeles City over 15 years. Stayed for one month Late Feb 2024 to Late Mar 2024 as a solo traveller. Discreet and Quiet even though my room was next to the huge air purifiers. (Must be air conditioning blowers) Room 702. Close enough to night life. About a 15 minute walk and very safe. Most of my walks were after midnight and approximately a 5 minute walk to Casino Filipino Very well equipped Gym. Great swimming pool. Extremely friendly staff from the check in, security, cleaning and dining. Lifts were clean and the aisles were always air conditioned, smelt great as they had automatic scent machines (I think) and clean. Experienced a brown out during my stay but generators were running within a few minutes. Linen and towels were pristine. Mattress was extremely comfortable for my back would rate it as medium to firm. Had no issues on my back as I slept there for nearly 30 nights. Free breakfast in the morning with ample selection and an egg station. This is more akin to a 4 star hotel. Great little ATM on the second floor and really safe. Ample eateries close to the hotel. There are numerous people to mention that made my stay brilliant James (Front desk) Floyd ( Breakfast at Level 4) staff at the Namari Japanese and Cactus Smokehouse restaurants etc too many to remember and mention

Lots of issues with bed lighting, shower not clean, toiletries not renewed, almost impossible to use Internet on the weekends, staff inflexible for security deposit payment and I can go on... It was a very very bad experience for me.

They advertise as soundproof rooms on booking.com but thats not true at all! Walls paper thin and can hear everything from room next door. So barely slept due to this and neighbours up until 4am watching TV and talking. If soundproofed as suggested then this would not happen. We checked out a day early due to minimal sleep and continued disturbances.
