The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection for everyone's taste. The shuttle service was also excellent with a pick up at the airport on time despite my late arriving flight. The next day the shuttle service dropped us off in town. I also had a massage that was very relaxing after the rigors of travelling and delays.

We booked our van transfer to Port Barton through the hotel (at a premium) but it was awful. Too many people packed in & 4 hours late leaving. An awful tour company, the hotel should switch.

The staff were amazing, especially the front desk team & Robert the concierge. The gym was OK but the pool was good. Breakfast was excellent but other meals were only OK (Great restaurants just outside). The room was spacious, huge, comfy bed with good TV & WiFi. Did the Underground River & Honda Bay tours via the hotel & they were excellent. The massage I had in the Spa, a 90 minute combination was the best I've had in the Philippines. The staff are lovely too.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the communication between Booking.com and the hotel. Apparently the hotel offers free shuttle service but when I booked through Booking.com, they did not inform me that there is a driver waiting for me at the airport from the hotel complementary and I had no idea I had to wait and pay for my own city taxi, so Booking.com needs to improve their communication And may be the hotel needs to work with Booking.com, so this will be improved

Everything from the moment of checking in to the clean hotel the clean room breakfast buffet was marvelous. The staff is so polite. The pool was nice. The spa was nice I can’t say enough good about this hotel stay there you won’t regret it and it’s close to the airport

Need a bar or cafe that is open until 2am. Pool bar in particular. Most of restos and bars in PPC are closed by 11pm and nowhere to hang out. Spa staff needs re-training esp with hygiene and customer service.

Staff are very warm and attentive with great service. Room is spacious. Great location with bars and restos around. So cozy and relaxing.

The gym is a little small. If three or more people were working out at the same time, there isn’t enough room for all of us. Would also love it if room service is available 24 hrs.

The carpets in the halls smelt of damp/humidity. The room also had a slight smell. Breakfast didn’t have many vegetarian or healthy options (just sugary cereals).

The staff were just incredible! So kind and anticipated all of our needs. Nice bedding and towels as well. Gym was fab too

We loved everything. Wouldn’t really come back to Puerto princesa but if I had to I would definitely come back to this hotel. I’d like to point out the staff, that were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the security guards to the service staff. I’m not sure if I have ever felt more welcomed then in this hotel. everything is super clean there was really nothing to complain about!
