How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Depends on you, moved to another hotel only because of airport is closer and going Island hopping!
Nice, roof top pool staff are awesome, nothing is too much attitude type. Very pleasant

This hotel was a fantastic stay. The facilities, the room, the staff, and the dining were all excellent. I would 100% stay here again should I find myself in Cebu again. I can’t say enough great things about this property. Highly recommended!

Room was a bit small for a family of 3. I was hoping the hotel would have a room that can accommodate a bigger number of people.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful. I enjoyed the mouthwatering and great selection of food. The staff were amazing, very friendly and polite. Room was clean and they have provided us with the amenities that we requested. Bed was lovely, very comfortable. Location is perfect - near restaurants, malls, hospitals. It is basically at the center of Cebu City.

The only thing I would love is that there would be water stations available on every floor and not 2 little bottles (.5 l) for 2 persons. Maybe with supply of a karaf or big glasses. Also there is a fridge but not working so well.
Hotel is good situated close to the center. Room is spacious and tidy. Felt clean and 10th floor had a nice view over the city to the mountains. The bed is good but the pillows where a bit hard. Everything is well maintained and the rain shower is just heaven. The breakfast is the best breakfast I ever encountered in a hotel of this class. The star is helpful and they are in a good mood.

Super friendly staff! Room was clean, cozy and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel in Cebu. Location is great as you get some restaurants within few mins walk. Nice pool area/bar and lobby restaurant that serves great breakfast.

I hope arrangements for late check out can be made earlier. I wouldn't have minded paying a fee, if the room availability was confirmed beforehand, rather than at check in when it is likely not able to be arranged. Nothing major though.
Breakfast spread was a lot, quality was good and there was variety between days! Staff were paragon of professionals in hospitality. Room was great and spacious! Bed was super comfortable! I look forward to my next stay!

Mini fridge isn't cool enough even it was set to maximum
We like the buffet breakfast and the take away breakfast due to our early flight. The rooftop swimming pool was great and friendly staff. The guards were so polite and kind to open the door for us.

The pillows in the bedroom were very hard, otherwise everything else was perfect.
The hotel was centrally located. All facilities and staff were excellent. We will definitely come back when in Cebu.

The Hotel met all expectations. It is clean and the staff is attentive. There is really nothing to be reported as an issue. The internet is ok, can be slow at times but this is across the country and nothing in particular to the hotel.
Breakfast and all meals served in the hotel are superb. Staff is very kind and helpful. Fitness Center exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is located at a busy road, next to a small complex with pharmacy and restaurants, ATM. There is a small sidewalk. It takes about half h to reach the airport and the harbor for day trips on the boat. The Hotel features a rooftop pool and a bar with a nice sunset and view of Cebu City.

The few seats at the pool but that can be over looked
I ordered the cheese burger and fries was excellent it tasted as if it was done a charcoal grill and the bast burger I have had in about 4 months it tasted so good I ordered it three nights in a row but one time they did not have the onions that wer cooked so good just one time it didn’t have the cooked onions but still good but the fried onions that made the burger I have had in a few months because where I live it’s winter so you can’t cook on the grill when it’s snowing out so I say the best burger I have had in a few months I don’t think I could of cooked better on my grill thank you to the cook my hats off to him thank you so very much I wish I could of stayed longer thank Lex hotel and the cook is the best I’ve had in months that’s why I ordered it three night in a row thanks again to the cook he needs a raise I say thank you again

Really not much to complain about, the staff is very accommodating.
The suite with the tub is nice, also the breakfast is top notch with many choices just get there early to taste them all. Wifi in the room was working well for my needs. We stayed here in same king room a second time when returning to Cebu for business.
