I couldn't see the point of rooms on the grand floor with pool access, personally I never used it first thing was to hot to open the doors and second while you leave it open mosquitoes will come into your room and you can't keep your curtains open because whoever is in the pool or passing by will look at you so the will not be privacy

Nice Hotel but don't expect any luxury very basic but for most would be enough, 10min walk to the main street with shops and restaurants

The breakfast was very boring, despite choices between local and western food. Every day was the same. The same jam came out every day. The same bread was served - and that white bread was particularly bad. (In contrast the variety of warm fresh 5 peso buns in the main street were delicious). In the restaurant there was no food and precious little drink beyond breakfast fare. How I wanted to have a quiet cocktail up there! Superficially the hotel looked great. However, there were no parasols to protect guests from the sun next to the pool and no seats in reception. Amenities were minimal (it is a 3 star hotel after all) and it was not good to have to ask for a kettle. And finally, the noise from the A/C was deafening. This hotel could be exceptional. Needs work.

Location was great. The look of the hotel was good. The restaurant area was beautiful and offered a cool spot to sit. The swimming pool was pretty. The staff were very helpful, polite and also friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the water pressure was good - nice hot water, too.

The sun loungers are just straight wood with no seating /lying area to relax and read and sunbathe . Does not have sunshine all day. No bar available /food in the day or night just basic water/soda.

Good location. Lovely breakfast area. Helpful staff when our ferry was cancelled helped us find another place.

Trim the trees so there is an ocean view!

The breakfast was of high quality and tasty. I enjoyed eating in the rooftop restaurant. I would love it if the hotel could ask the neighbors if they (the hotel should pay to have this done!) would allow the hotel to trim the neighbors HUGE trees which block any ocean view!

There was nothing we didn't like but 1 thing could be an update on the shower. It was coolish, tepid and the stall was very slow to drain. We adapted but it would be nice to have a good shower at the end of the day.

Entering the hotel we felt like we were walking into a hotel in Greece with the white and blue decor. The breakfast each morning was filling and kept us going until lunch time. The location, about a 5 minute walk to the main tourist area, was far enough away to be quiet and close enough to go for a bite to eat, shop or stroll.

One of the breakfasts lacked such a basic product as bread. The breakfasts themselves were small and not very tasty. Only the fruits met my expectations.

Aircon was dripping inside the room, it was around noon so it was so hot that time though it was fixed immediately by the staff.

The air con and ceiling fan were too small to circulate air in the room, was quite warm during the day/late afternoon when the sun hits the pool access sliding doors. Perhaps an easy mitigating solution would be to offer guests a portable fan if required.

Staff are lovely and accommodating. They will lend you pool towels for your island hopping tours in the morning if required. Pool access room was clean and comfortable. There are racks available for you to hang your wet clothing if required. Pool was clean and comfortable. Fixed breakfast menu to be selected prior to 10pm the night before, as well as selected breakfast time, might not be suitable for those who prefer a last minute sleep in. Otherwise was not a problem for us.

The room had a really bad smell, very noticeable when we first came in to the room. The room was not very clean when we first arrived, there was hair and crumbs with ants on the floor. The linen on the bed was very thin and ripped.

Walking distance from town which was great and far enough away that the rooms are quiet. The pool was lovely to relax by. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff were very attentive.

Is a liitle out dated. We misses a watercooker in the room. Entrance is kinda dark

Room is okay, comfort bed. Breakfast needed to be choosen day before, we leave at 6,30 in the morning, they pack our breakfast so we enjoyed the breakfast on the ferry terminal. Very friendly staff.
