The water pressure in the showers is not the best but it’s manageable.

Everything! Delicious breakfast and veggie only dinner. Lovely common spaces. Comfy beds with mosquito nets and fans. Really loved it!

So unique! Beds were incredibly comfy, the social space was fantastic and I really felt at home. The free breakfast was brilliant, as was the family dinner cooked every night - 100% vegetarian and only 150 pesos per head! they also arranged a sunrise walk to the Chocolate Hills every morning for those interested. Staff were amazing and I was genuinely so sad to leave! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!

I cant say enough good things. Amazing space, EPIC dinners! breakfast included. the host Rene is so wonderful. i would have regretted not staying here. I will come back again! The central location made it so easy to explore the entire island for 3 days. sunrise hikes are a nice touch.

In the morning there are some loud noises, but it’s not bad and they tell you in advance. Everything is sort of open so animals will get into your room, which isn‘t a problem for us. Unfortunately I got scratched by a cat during the night while sleeping.

Free Breakfast and amazing vegan dinner for only 150 per person. The owner is so nice and welcoming and the garden of the hostel is beautiful! You can rent scooters there for 500p. Overall it was a great stay we would come again!

Rene is an absolutely wonderful woman. If you're veggie you should definitely stay here. Rene makes the absolute best veggie dinner every evening, breakfast is also lovely. She even made us lunch when we arrived. The dogs are awesome. Such a beautiful little hostel. She will also help you plan your days and take you on a sunrise walk just 20 mins from the hostel. Thank you Rene!

The only reason i don’t give it a 10 is because it’s in a very secluded place, so you’re kind of forced to rent a scooter, unless you won’t see any of the turistic attractions around

This hostel’s vibe is simply amazing. You’re in the middle of nowhere sleeping under the stars. They offer a delicious breakfast included in the price you pay and also if you want a delicious veggie dinner for only 150 pesos all you can eat. I really loved this place

We loved our stay in Bohol Hammock Hostel! - it was clean and beds were very comfortable - there were mosquito nets for each bed - very calm and quite place - we could see fireflies in their garden at night - they rent motorbikes (which are almost new) - food was delicious! - the host is very helpful and gave us many tips on things to visit and see in Bohol - we could do a 15min walk to a chocolate hill to see the sunrise (or sunset)

The friendliest, most accommodating staff who were always so happy to help and give lots of tips for exploring Bohol. The vegan family dinner and breakfast was exceptional. This hostel is the perfect place to meet other travellers and stay in the middle of beautiful scenery. The chocolate hills are a short walk from the hostel and the hostel owner takes you to the foot of the hills for sunrise each morning if you wish to.

Renee makes you feel at home right from the start. Every night she cooks a meal for everyone for only 150P and it’s very verrry delicious. Breakfast is free and is super nice. Everyone I met at the hostel extended their stay, because they really liked it here!

One of the most beautiful accommodations of my trip so far. Surrounded by a large garden that invites you to relax, you can really enjoy it here. An outdoor kitchen and the nearby market give you the opportunity to even cook yourself. The owner is super friendly and you feel like you are at home here. If you rent a Scootet, you can explore the whole island thanks to the central location. Had originally booked for 2 nights, but then extended for a few more nights. If I come to Bohol again, I know where to go.

The only thing we didn’t particularly enjoy was the cats laying on our beds as we slept. However this wasn’t a surprise as the hostel has an open air plan.

The overall feeling of the hostel was very welcoming and warm, we even spoke to another person staying and they agreed with us! The hostel offers a family meal for 200PHP. This was absolutely delicious and very filling! We understand that the layout of this hostel may not be everyone’s cup of tea however we wish we had stayed longer. It was very peaceful and a great location if you are looking to visit the chocolate hills.

There was supposed to be a sunrise walk (subject to weather) and we got up at 5.15am but no one arrived which was annoying as we missed the chance on our only night. It wasn’t suitable to go venturing off in the dark so went back to bed disappointed. The weather had been raining overnight but was clear so not sure why it didn’t happen. Maybe just double check with them before bed.

Lovely vibe, clean and quirky. Upstairs sleeping area was cool and the mosquito nets were a nice touch. You will get lots of wildlife noise , but also local dogs howling which might keep you awake. Food in the evening was excellent!!

Nothing- it was great. just know that you will hear the animals in the morning but it should not put you off it’s fab! a great experience.

This was one of the most social hostels I’ve stayed in. It is a quiet but phenomenal atmosphere. The hostel has been done so nicely. The food is some of the best food I have tried with dinner offered and breakfast included. Renee herself is absolutely wonderful. Herself and her staff go above and beyond to be helpful and makes your stay in Bohol amazing. would definitely recommend
