The property is not soundproof. During our stay, there was an event outside the hotel. Our family was not able to sleep properly due to the loud sound of the music festival that happened last May 1, 2024. The receptionist is not that accommodating.

- Bar music from next door can be heard inside the room itself quite clearly. We are used to music/noise when sleeping so ok for us but I can see other people not being able to sleep from it - Curtains are of light color and fabric so the room is bright along with the sunrise - There were times when there was no one at the reception

Super convenient going to the restaurants - Room is spacious - There's walis in the room so you can sweep the sand on the floor - There are many hooks in the room - There's a balcony with ocean view - Bed is really comfortable - Water dispenser available so we can get cold water anytime

My family and I just stayed at Boracay Coco Huts for our quick Boracay getaway. We stayed there for 3 nights and paid over 30k PHP for a standard room with 2 single beds and a family room with 5 beds. My family occupied the Family room while I slept in the Standard room. This is beachfront accommodation, and we were happy that our rooms had balconies with a view of the white beach. Here are the things to expect when you stay here: - The room has a TV, a mini fridge, and a bathroom with a toilet and a cold & hot shower. There are towels, toilet papers, and soaps as well. - The staff is nice, but I noticed that they leave the reception area unmanned sometimes. - WiFi reliability depends on the room you're in. It was strong in my room (#3 Standard room) but not in the Family room. - There's a water dispenser where you can get free water at the end of the hallway. - You should leave your footwear at the bottom of the stairs; they are not allowed inside the rooms. - They don't have "make up my room" or "do not disturb" signs for the rooms. I'm guessing if you want a room makeup service, you should request it first. Tip: Bring earplugs; this is a beachfront accommodation close to some restaurants and bars that blast out music through the night.

Adding a small table with a chair in the rooms would be nice for bringing a laptop and do some minor work, but still a very good place.

The aircon in the first room was not making the room cool enough and there is water leaking from the aircon. In the balcony there were chairs but no table so if you plan to use the balcony to chill at night then that will be difficult. There is only one bathroom for a room which good for 5-6 pax this may not be convenient for some guest.

The toilet was clogged and I asked the staff to try to fix it. When I came back at night, the toilet was still clogged and there was no staff available. I had to find a plunger and unclog it myself.

The beds were nicely separated on different floors. The location was central to all of Boracay.

Aircon upstairs needs cleaning or replacement. It doesn't always blow cold air even if its set to 17 degrees C. Its hot upstairs. A lot of noise due to the restaurant below. And maybe it is the exhaust of the resto below. Very very noisy. You can think of it as white noise but its not. It goes off in the morning but the was a night when the noise just doesnt stop. It rained one morning and there are drips coming from the ceiling. They need to have that fixed.

The location of the hotel is near D'mall and station 1. It is also a beach front property with a balcony facing the beach. Room is very spacious for 6 people. The room is clean. Balcony has a ok view since a lot of trees are covering up the beach view. Beds are clean and ok. Comfort room and bathroom is ok. Fridge is working. Aircon downstairs is cold. Table is provided and lots of chairs. Towels are provided. Price is great. Lots of convinience stores when you go out. Near restaurants.

I wish we were offered free wifi

This is the best value-for-money option for people who wish to stay in the beachfront. It is super affordable and the room and hallways are very very clean. There are so many details in the room that I loved: there are hooks where you can hang more items and clothes, the exhaust in the bathroom is not noisy but it really is working, the balcony has seats and a table. The room is really spacious for 2 people and the balcony is just the sweetest deal! We also loved that accessibility to the beach - no need to worry about bringing anything along the shore. we just left all our stuff in the room and walked out to the beach for a swim. A friend apparently stayed here last year and told me the bathrooms could really be better if it had its own door instead of a curtain. Luckily that was not the case for our stay as the bathroom in our room is not an en suite type. I love that the property shares free drinking water at the hallway. They were also very accommodating in terms of late check out (for an affordable fee!) and assistance to port transfer. I really recommend this place!
