The triple room was a a bit small and there is water coming out the floor when you step on it which is strange.

The location was perfect, the pick up location for the tour or water sports was right in front of the hotel. My family also enjoyed the pool and the live music every evening.

There is foul smell coming from toilet but tolerable.

The staff was approachable and accommodating. The room was spacious and bed is so comfortable.

Unfortunately this jewel is a little bit outdated: the elevator, lights in the rooms don’t properly work; it’s quite dark and also the furniture in the breakfast/restaurant area has seen better days. They are renovation the other half of the building, which means you have to cope with the noise all day long. We were given a room on ground level near the reception area and didn’t sleep all night due to noise. Also the ground level rooms smell of mold - be advised to book a room higher in the building. Hardly vegetarian options - unfortunately and the buffet style breakfast doesn’t include real coffee or tea.

Nice location, close to the beach but no club aside, short walk to the mall and restaurants yet not in the center of attention. Nice staff and a very well functioning air condition!

We had a Deluxe King room which was at the Back of the hotel - it only had 1 large window, which faced into the internal walkway - so it stayed closed and we had no natural light. We also had rats in the air conditioning ducting, which were quite loud. The pool is a bit odd too - only 2 sun lounges and not really anywhere else to sit and pit towels etc.

Location is good. Rooms are comfy enough.

Super love the room. The restaurant is very accessible with excellent view of the beach. Price is fair considering it is in station 3.

Buffet breakfast was horrible, would not recommend this. Construction was occurring in hotel and next door, so no sleeps ins.

We loved our stay here. Facilities were wonderful, rooms were large and clean. Bed was comfortable and massive. Location was ideal and away from the hustle and bustle of station 2, which we liked. Our transfers from hotel were unbelievably and worth every peso. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we stayed longer..

Great location right at the beach. We could enjoy a nice breakfast and dinner with a view. The staff were very friendly, on my wife's birthday they even came by our room with a cake and sang Happy Birthday :) In general they were very attentive to our requests and questions. Would like to stay again. The airport transfer was very convenient.

Little to no hot water in the shower. Hotel could benefit from some upgrades in terms on paint on the walls being chipped, and dirt around banisters etc. Elevator was broken while we were there but doubt that would effect future stays.

Great location right on white sands beach front in station 3. Room was as described with a very comfy bed and good AC. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, big pool at front with restaurant/bar on beachfront.

Everything. Very nice location, beach front. EXCELLENT FOOD and STAFF. They even prepared us packed breakfast since we checked out at 5 in the morning. The wifi is also fast.

The lights didn’t work in our bathroom when we moved in. We called, and they fixed that issue pretty quickly.

The location and staff were all amazing. I asked for an upgrade the day before and they were able to upgrade me to a beach view room. The view was amazing!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was fantastic just a few feet from the beach and water. The staff were great Nd went out of there way to help. Transfer service to and from airport was fantastic and saved so much time and hassle.
