An AC in the living room would have been a bonus. Although there were 3 fans in the area that helped.

Your caretaker Roy is the best. He offered help with navigating the area ( little stores and restaurants) and hooking us up with the local ETrike service.

Suggestion: include the local contact info on Booking.com. Our driver had a hard time finding the villa, "booking" had just the international phone number. Maybe also written direction clue like "turn left on "Nona's..."...

It's a hop and a skip away from Diniwid beach. It's also away from D'mall and all the congestion and noise that came with it. We have three senior citizens with us and getting around the house was not an issue. the towns folks are very nice indeed. Roy, is awesome!! I hope Franky gives him a good pay raise!!

Terrace is available, not the garden. No coffee machine and kitchen not well equipped.

Location: away from noisy area and close to the beach. The house and rooms are big.

The place is very luxurious and spacious. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach and short walk to a mall. I like to shout out kuya care taker, he was very lovely and helpful and cheerful during our stay. Would definitely come back again

I loved everything about the property. The property manager and host (franky and Roy) were very helpful and accommodating. Roy helped a lot with our needs and answered all of our questions if needed. Franky was helpful as well with getting us to the location from the port. This is my second time here and I wasn’t disappointed.

Cold water shower downstairs was not enjoyable.

The serene peace and quiet with the villa situated on top of a hill. Roy the caretaker was extremely accommodating to all of our needs at any times.

The location was uphill not so accessible for transpo. There’s also a lot of red ants and hot&cold shower was not working properly

As far as I know we enjoyed a lot :), I never noticed a single imperfection on our stay. The ants and some insects are part of the environment since the place is uphill villa surrounded by trees and other plants. It is natural for a province that there were insects as long as they are not distracting us.

I like how cheap the rate of the villa for a big family. We can also cooked and do some laundry before we come back home. It was worth a vacation stay because the surroundings were quite and far from the noise of the city. We are very relaxed and we truly enjoyed the place because that is what we wanted. We can cooked our meal and we sleep well. The place is 500 meters away from the sea shore, the sea were truly a magnificent view from the master's bedroom. Stores were near, because we love home cooked food we can easily bought ingredients from the nearby stores.

Going up to the villa. It's like in the mountain.

The entire villa is perfect. What you see is what you get in the photos. All rooms have cold air-condition, very clean, complete kitchen utensils/ The owner is very responsive and kind. The cake taker is kind as well. We just had a little bit of a hard time going up and down to the villa because it's uphill.

Nothing much but if you choose to stay here you should a lot a bit more on your budget for e-trike fares. The only downside was since the location is uphill, some of the e-trikes may not accept your ride immediately or ask for an increase in the fare.

I loved that it is kinda far from the vicinity of the stations especially if you prefer a more quiet location to relax and enjoy nature.

The uphill walk from the beach back to the place could be a bit tiring and we experienced a few short term brown outs but Roy was able to get the generator going. A bit far from Dmall so be prepared to really spend on transportation :)

Roy was a great caretaker and Franky was always attentive and quick to answer any inquiry. The place allowed us to cook which saved us a few bucks.

It’s a bit of challenge going bqck and forth of the property because of uphill location, and quite far if you want to spend majority of your time in white beach. Prepare to spend on your transportation on e-trike

We liked that is secluded and lots of space where you can freely move. Feels like home and you have you own vacation house Nearby mall to buy your grocery needs You can actually cook and celebrate family occasions Roy who is the caretaker will assist you on all your needs Masters bedroom has a seaview (maybe even better if the nearby resort can cut the top of the trees which is blocking the view)

The place is a little far from the main beaches, but is anyway accessible thru e-trikes.

The ambiance is very nice. The place is clean, and the staffs are very responsive. We had a good night’s sleep the entirety of our stay.

Very expensive, not worth the money. No aircon in living room where we spent most of the time when home. Swing and slide was gone, unlike the photos that showing them there. No slippers, toiletries. Water provided had taste. Bedroom always bright during the day, curtains are partial on windows. Too noisy because of the construction next door. Booked three night and decided stay for fords night and cancel the remaining 2 nights, but their policy you have to pay 50% which is too much. So had to stay the 3 night and moved to hotel Kommono for P4,300 with rating 9.6/10 (superb). That's value for money. All in all, not recommended.
