Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PhilippinesIt is a bit pricey compared to other hotels with the same amenities. I’ve been to other hotels in Boracay with better facilities at a cheaper price (It’s probably I’m paying more for the location). The cable TV has limited shows. *Not directly related to the property* but the other guests speaking Cebuano/Bisaya were unnecessarily loud and they were almost shouting at each other at 7 in the morning in the breakfast area. The loud noise woke us up even we were at the 2nd floor. I hope the management would address this.
Online Property admin was very understanding of the situation. The location was absolutely accessible to the beach which is perfect for my parents who are senior citizens. Very friendly staff especially those who serve the breakfast.

PhilippinesStaff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also big, although there's no bidet 😅. Everything looks clean and new; the sheets, towels, pillows, etc. The lobby has this home-y feel. ❤️ We have a 4-year old who's also included in free breakfast everyday. Breakfast did not disappoint! 🍴brewed coffee, powdered chocolate for drink, juice, cold and hot water, fruit, egg, maling/longganisa/hotdog, and RICE of course. 😂 You can ask for extra rice or egg for a very minimal price. We were there for 5 days and it was worth every penny. 💯🤍

PhilippinesValue for money. For tourists on a budget specially with big family on tow, this is the best place for you. Location is very near the beach, and at Station 1 at that, known to have less crowd so beach is cleaner and more peaceful! Complimentary breakfast is a bonus, which you can take as brunch, and brewed/instant coffee and choco drink is unlimited, to the delight of coffee fanatics like me! Friendly and accommodating staff makes this place a home away from home. Overall, we had a great and peaceful stay..5 stars! We will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends as well.
