Just the waiting time for check in. But it was understandable after we have known that the caretaker was pregnant and came from afar. The checkout also no reply on my text and call was busy tone sent. Good thing that the owner itself is contactable. She advised us where to leave the unit key.

The unit was clean, with complete cooking amenities, cool and comfortable. The Taal volcano view was really exceptional and it is really right infront of our balcony. We are near to foodhubs and walking distance to Sky Ranch.

Limited parking and the place was quite crowded. Security measures weren't strict.

- Late check in accommodated by caretaker at around 2:30pm - 3pm - Not smart tv, but we managed to download netflix apk app compatible for their tv in order to watch netflix with our own account - Sheer white curtain at balcony door, would like have at least black out curtain instead, for privacy

I think the bed should have better comforter/blanket and cover sheets so it will be more comfortable and also because of the cold weather. The guest parking fee is expensive and far from the tower, and they won't allow you to pay ahead of time so you have to walk everyday to get there and renew the ticket or like me, you will end up paying per hour fee. There's a commercial parking just outside the tower but they charge per hour fee. It's pretty inconvenient.

The place has a great view and is equipped with all the things you need like cooking wares, shower heater and cleaning stuff. The room is pretty clean and decent. The location is very accessible to convenience stores, restaurants, malls, etc. It's also ideal for walking, if you like taking a stroll. This is ideal for family or group who needs a comfortable place to stay while touring the area.

The check-in process was cumbersome as you need to meet the caretaker to collect keys instead of an easier self check-in (there were issues organising a time to meet them). The building requires an ID to be surrendered for the duration of your stay - this wasn't mentioned in the listing. Foreign travelers only: you'll need to pay the caretaker in cash on arrival. Not a big issue for us but something to be aware of. Won't be an issue for local travellers given bank transfer is a payment option.

Beautiful view of the lake. Well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils. Communication with the condo owner via Booking was easy and responsive. Building is a short walk to a supermarket.
