United Kingdom14 reviewsPassablethe pool was out of use. 2/3 full and had green water. we booked this especially for the pool to relax for a day. the nearest beach was Buktot beach which was 15 miles away.
The staff were lovely. we ate in restaurant and it was good and great value for money. laundry was cheap and done well. ideal place to stay for 1 night if using the ferry

Red ants in the bed Don’t think you can call the dribble out the shower head an actual shower Stinks of damp It’s like sleeping in a port-a-loo for the night The bed is so old it’s like sleeping on wooden planks, the springs stick into your back all night, so uncomfortable I have been travelling south east Asia for a few months and Philippines specifically for 3 weeks and this is the worst hotel I have come across, if you are getting the ferry to save some money, don’t bother, it would have been 100 times easier to fly despite it being more expensive, the whole ferry experience is awful. I don’t know how this has a 3 star rating, it’s disgusting, wouldn’t even give it 1 star
The only thing this hotel is useful for is if you are getting the ferry to caticlan

Hair in the sink and dirty bathroom. The bed felt like I was lying directly on the springs - very uncomfortable. not able to lock the door and the hotel was very loud. no English speaking staff

Rooms reminded me of workers barracks. Instead of staying overnight we caught the 10 pm ferry to Caticlan. Really, the hardest beds I have ever tried to lay on and we were dead tired. Sleeping in my truck on the ferry was far better option.
The staff were helpful and the food was good. Location to ferry very good but why they build a ferry dock in the middle of nowhere is beyond me.

They listed on booking.com that they had wifi. They lied and this is false information. There is no internet at this hotel. I stayed here for two nights and was so glad to leave. They have no hot water and in 2 days there was no water for shower use, toilet or sink for 90% of the time. I regret staying here and would advise one to avoid this place. I can't believe that there were positive reviews on such a bad hotel. There is much trash around the outside. They list a pool but the pool was 1/4 of water and not open. You will regret staying here. Find another place.
Location was easy to walk to from the ferry terminal. The air conditioning worked. The television worked. These are the only things I liked.

Netherlands4 reviews“mwa”The smell of urine in the bathroom was not really nice and the shower was not working normal, it would have taken me one hour to get wet. I was expecting just bed and minimum bathroom facilities for the price, but I still think the price is to high for what you get.
The toilet was working and the bed was not that bad if you like hard beds. It is okay if you need a place to sleep and do not have time to shower.
