My small observation was that our rooms has a stale odor upon entering, and the bathrooms require better ventilation.

Absolute fantastic view, very quiet, easy access only 2 km from Downtown Sipalay, there is a sign at the turnoff where you enter the resort and there is free parking. It is a big picturesque bay and also has a nice mangrove area for exploring. It is the perfect place for stand up paddeling and kayaking. The food prices are also reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Surprise at the access to the property, we were all charged 350 pesos to be allowed to the resort. The boardwalk is in state of disrepair and dangerous. The pool was dark at night. We were charged also per day for bringing our own grocery. All these surprise charges were not disclosed at the property website at time of booking. All should have been included in the charge. I enjoyed the location of the place for its nice scenery and view of the lagoon from the mountain side and watching sunset. The toilets most are missing toilet seats and common area bathroom didn't have toilet paper. The place could be improved with a little upkeep and maintenance. I would recommend this place for a relaxing experience and scenery. Accommodation is fair. Our huge party of 14 was accommodated in 2 rooms with floor mattresses for others.

However, it's worth noting that toiletries, including toilet paper, were not readily available in the room and had to be requested. While the water pressure could be unreliable at times, the resort made up for it with their serene surroundings. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi coverage in our room was lacking, which may be an inconvenience for some guests. Maintenance of the toilets could be improved, but overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Additionally, guests should be aware that dinner reservations need to be made in advance. Access to the resort via a gravel road may deter some travelers, and the additional fee per adult for entry could be considered a drawback. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the captivating views made our stay memorable

We recently stayed at C View Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The highlight of our time there was undeniably the breathtaking views and picturesque scenery surrounding the resort. We booked a room for our family of four adults and two kids, and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the beds. The mattresses provided a comfortable respite after long days of swimming and island hopping. . In conclusion, C View Resort offers a tranquil retreat with stunning vistas, but there are some areas where attention to detail and maintenance could enhance the overall guest experience.

The road going to the location needs to improve (rough roads) not safe only one way.There is entrance fee 30 per person.There is no convenience store nearby.We didn’t enjoy swimming at the beach front.The capacity for recommended room is inadequate for needs or group sizes.Shower and aircon not working.

The place was exceptional, my family enjoyed our stay and it was worth it 💯. The management provided us a 2 rooms which is more happy, the food was great. The staff (Niki) was accommodating and friendly. My mom was so happy she got a souvenir (plants) to be planted on her garden. Our stay was 💯 in total.

Hoping na maayos ung CR beside the pool. The road going to the resort is challenging. Hopefully the roadworks get improved soon. Would greatly help a lot if there would be service water in the future because it can get expensive if you need to keep buying mineral again and again.

The location was superb. Kitang kita ung view ng dagat kaya matching sa name ng resort. Enjoyed the scenery and the staff was very accommodating. I saw that they are still doing further improvements so hoping that it would be even better soon. I don't usually swim because of how cold pools usually are but the pool water is great and warm kaya naenjoy namin mag swimming early morning. The seats in the entrance and on the viewing deck are well-thought and added value to the stay. Went there during weekdays so there's only a few people so we were able to maximize the location. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms were bad. Not enough space to move around. Beddings seemed to have been used by someone and not washed. Mattresses were sagging. Shower drain clogged.

No wifi, the road going in and out needs repair, no phone reception, the beach is not safe to swim at cos they advised that there are a lot of jelly fishes on the shore, so we didn’t really get to enjoy it. The view is great, pool was too small, the location is near other resorts so we ended up going to other resorts just to swim in the beach. there is not much to do in here if you wanna disconnect with the virtual world.
