We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Robert and I had a fantastic time, the facilities is very clean, everything is perfect for us. we love the Wooden sink, bed and pillows, plenty of hot water, aircon, just amazing.. The locaion closed to shops and pubs, atms and sea side. 5 mins walk only. Transport tok-tok all all over the place if you need it. The young host ingrid and koy are both genuine nice couple,down to earth attitude makes you feel welcome. We had dinner together and chilling, have a laugh like old Times mates. Very helpful of What you might do in the island. Koy, the wife/ uncle all good cook the homely delicious food🍲😋😋 Our favourite nest in siargao is Camanolo homestay we would love to come back and stay longer... 4 days aint enough Lol.. ##GOODPRICE#GREATACCOMMODATION# #PERFECTLOCATION#LOVELYPEOPLE# GENERALUNA

Polandlocation is very central, bungalows are completely new (they have just reopened place after the typhoon) - everything you need, aircon, desk, very good bathroom, but what makes this place even more special is the lovely family owning the place

United StatesThey say they have Starlink but actually the wifi is only working within a few meters from the router, so be aware that you might not be able to use it in your own room. I wasn't able to use it in my room at all. I wish I could use the outside shared kitchen and the garbage was taken care of daily - it was too dirty to use.

LatviaOur cottage was close to some restaurant which played very loud music. Some days music was playing from around 5 pm till midnight. However, the host warned us about this before our arrival. Beds were not comfortable and it was a bit hard to rest. Furniture on the terrace could be cleaner, as there were some stains on the cushions. There was no Wi-Fi password provided in the room, and the host did not reply to our messages about this, so the whole stay we had to use cellular network, which was very bad in the property and usually not working. The most disappointing thing was that there was no easy access to the beach in the vicinity, but that's not something the host can impact.
Location is good - near Tourism road where most of restaurants and cafes are. Room was spacious, bedding was clean. The cottage itself has a nice vibe.

PhilippinesIt was definitely the best! Amazing clean, cozy room, feels just like home. The location is close to the bars and restaurants. I also love the bathroom, very spacious and clean. There is also a shared kitchen if you wish to cook or reheat food. Definitely recommended!
