How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Initially the room had a smell like an old room and the aircons are somehow old that it makes it difficult to colden the room.
The room is big and have value to money. Similar to one bedroom cut of condo unit. We also love the view on the roofdeck, though it was quiet humid because of the weather but the relaxing ambiance and sound of the birds add the relaxing serene of the view. In addition the staffs are very accomodating during our stay.

No soap - it's an essential. A few insects greeted us at the door. The room with blue walls was definitely looking better on the Booking pic. We got a room with orange walls and less appealing appearance.
For such night rate you get a lot of space, but don't expect luxury. The location - 7Eleven just next door, plenty of restaurants and MRT just walking distance.

Airconditioning was noisy No soap / shampoo. Plugs were only type A (American plugs) I fortunately brought my adapter.
Good location for pickup to go to Pinatubo trek. Some eateries nearby You get a lot of room for the money. Do not expect great luxury, but it has all you need (except soap / shampoo)

some rooms have baths the other do not, some have a microwave oven and electric jugs but others do not so have to ask for jug and microwave to be borrowed from vacant room which they seemed reluctant to do this was my second stay here and will probably return there again for my next visit i had booked my second stay on line and paid for it with my credit card but they maintained it had not been paid so had to pay for the room again in cash. only when i get back home will i find out if i have also been charged again on my credit card and actually paid double
great location, walking distance to the MRT station and ayala shopping malls the room was kept in good repair no maintenance issues nice hot showers!, bathrooms very clean no moulds, or cracked tiles!

That we were asked multiple times about the charges of an extra person. I booked this property for 2 people, but we were 3 as we checked in . The unprofessionallism can be avoided and doesn't need to be greedy for money. Even the security guard is approaching us that we need to pay the extra person. The receptionist couple of times said that there are charges for extra person. Very greedy staff.. or maybe the management asked them to be like that. But at least, do it in a way that guests may not feel uncomfortable that they may seem like cheater, deceiver, or whatever you wanna call it.

Bathroom has only a bathtub and no regular shower. It was difficult and very risky to use if the guest is an elderly with knee problem like me.
Area was very spaceous. Easy check in. Friendly and efficient staff. Building has a convenience store on the 1st floor.

Great value for money. Has kitchen with basic utensils spoon fork plates, mug water heater. We didn't use the fridge and microwave so I'm not sure if it's working, 2 bathrooms, living room and security. Overall, generous accommodation. Thank you. Keep it up!

There was a washing machine in the apartment which did not work (the manager was able to give us a contact for laundry so this was not a problem, it would have been a “nice to have” though), and there were no bowls or pots and pans for cooking (even though there was a cooking stove).
The property feels very safe and the staff are all really friendly. The manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was a good size and the sofa, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The price charged by us at the hotel was different to the one mentioned in the booking. When we raised it via booking.com message system we got an automatic generated message apologising but no appropriate response
