How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Casa Belina staffs are so warm and accomodating. On our first day, we were picked up at the airport even it was almost midnight. The kind host welcomed us with cold drinks, which is a nice surprise. Their kindess and hospitality set the tone of our vacation in Puerto Princesa. Our room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is quite nice as well. Thank you, Casa Belina!

None, we enjoyed our stay at Casa Belina!
Casa Belina staffs are so friendly and accomodating. This is our 2nd time and we were welcomed with cold drinks even though we checked-in late, which is a nice surprise. Our room is comfortable and we were able to get some needed rest before flying out. When we left early in the morning, they kindly drove us (group of 6) to the airport. Thank you, Casa Belina!

Nothing. Would recommend this bed and breakfast accommodation to everyone. Only regret is that I had not done my 'homework' and could not fit in a trip to the underground river (It's a full day affair). Well, we will have to come back.
Fantastic service and value for money. A most pleasurable stay from start to finish. There was prompt and efficient communication with the property e.g they offered to pick us up from the airport. But we were travelling by van from Port Barton and were informed that we could be dropped off directly at Casa Belina instead if we alerted the van driver. On arrival, we were warmly greeted with brilliant smiles and refreshing welcome drinks. Our triple share room was spacious, immaculately clean, as was the entire property. Having breakfast thrown in for the price was another bonus.. Our daughter had an early flight out of PPS, and the lady at reception organised breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport by 6am. Can't thank Anthony and Shannon especially for making our stay a very comfortable one.

Nothing, it was so nice
Super comfortable stay. We arrived very late, after 1130pm from El Nido and we were so warmly greeted. Room had AC already turned on and cooled and welcome drinks even though it was so late. The man who greeted was so friendly and kind. Breakfast was served promptly at the requested time and we had a complimentary ride to the airport. Room was very comfortable with a lot of pillows. We really enjoyed our quick stay here, it was so relaxing.

For a guest house / inn it did the job. Only thing I’d like is a shower with a fixed head rather than hand held , but that’s a minor thing.
It’s a guest hour with around a dozen rooms . Very clean sheets and homely vibe. The family and staff are extremely helpful and happy .

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa Belina. It was located near the airport which is just perfect as we will be taking our flight back to Manila after our stay. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. 😊

Quiet BnB in a neighborhood just off the main street, but with easy access to the airport and free airport transfer. The staff are exceptional - so friendly and exceedingly polite, and very flexible changing the time of our airport transfer when our flight was delayed. We felt welcome and cared for from the minute we arrived to the moment we left.

The staff were so friendly and kind, they did everything to make our trip comfortable. They even provided us a cake for our honeymoon and sent it with us when we left. We felt as if we were part of their family. The accommodation is clean, spacious and has everything you need. They offer free airport shuttle and even dropped us to our van to port Barton and ensured it was the correct transfer before they left.

Everything! The staff, the service, the room, the toilet, and the shower are clean and, like the Eastern layout—the amenities such as bottled water, glass, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and more. When I requested where I could buy buko, they went to the farm and got it for me free of charge. It was a great pleasure staying at Casa Belina. My family was really impressed with the place and their customer service.

Everything is EXCELLENT at this place. We took 2 rooms for our family of 3, stayed 2 nights. Very clean rooms, very accommodating staff, convenient location, and with complimentary breakfast. Transportation from, and back to the airport for our return flight is a bonus. They also made all the arrangements for our tours. Owner Mr Ben, and staffs Pia, Sheena and Fely were all very nice and provided excellent service…thanks again to all of you. Again, everything is perfect and very worthwhile stay at this place. This definitely will be our go to place for accommodation whenever we decide to be back in Puerto Princesa, and will tell my friends as well about our awesome experience staying at Casa Belina.
