There is nothing major to complain about.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. It sounds like a clique but I felt like I had stayed there previously as it was also relaxed.

Our room didn’t have any real windows. One of the windows seemed to lead to a storage room and when people went in and out of it at all hours, the lights would come into our room and make it really bright.

very accommodating, helpful and welcoming staff! just approach them and they Will provide you what you need. location is perfect, walking distance to robinsons and main roads. there are always free bottles of water and toiletries. hair dryer was provided upon request.

I found what I wanted in Puerto Princessa - clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff, and quit and not noisy. Also! They have a free and comfortable transfer to the airport!)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and were given a welcome drink, as well as them kindly bringing our bags to our room. Free shuttle from the airport and a lift to the bus station in the morning, which was great! Breakfast was really good with coffee or tea and fruit as well. Room was very clean and we were provided with toothbrush, toothpaste, water etc. Overall, a very good experience!!

We were greeted immediately by the owner and friendly staff. They quickly grabbed our bags and took them to our room. The food is cooked to order and is delicious. Breakfast was very good and complimentary. Had one dinner there that included seafood that was fresh and well prepared. They have a very well stocked snack store that includes cold beer at very reasonable prices. I really felt as if I were visiting a good friend or relative rather than just a hotel. Our room was on the first floor and we can hear the other guests in the mornings but nothing bothered us.

Wow!! This hotel was the most welcoming and friendly I have ever stayed in. Laurence was fantastic, she was so warm and welcoming, treating me like a member of the family. I enjoyed the breakfast, the bed was comfortable, and I was given great advice for tours, and saw some of the most amazing sights I have ever seen. Whilst this is not a high end hotel with all the facilities of a more expensive property, it is charming, compact and peaceful. The property offers amazing value for money. When I return to Palawan, I will be booking this hotel again. Thank you Laurence, you are amazing!!

It was amazing - book it!

I can’t recommend this place enough! We arrived after a very stressful situation and the people were so lovely, offered to cook us dinner because we hadn’t eaten, took our bags and bought welcome drinks to our room and offered to take us to the bus station the next morning (for free). They were all so lovely when we arrived that we nearly cried! Breakfast was included, again great service, and the next morning when we left, they had organised a minivan to take us to the station and the gentleman came with us to see us off and made sure we got on the right bus - again we both nearly cried! I’ve never received such good service and our stressful situation turned out for the best, because it led us to stay here! ❤️

Nothing to complain about

The staff was exceptionally caring and friendly. Services like pick up from the airport and drop off at the bus terminal after our stay weren't expected but they were very welcome. Rooms were tidy and functional. The most important thing was the hospitality though. You could feel right at home with these people. Would absolutely recommend.
