How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Missing the usual small touches like tea, coffee, water facilities in the room. Though there was free filter coffee in a common area downstairs.
Great location right in town and close to the beach for access to boat trips. The room was clean and bright. Private bathroom was great. There is a cafe downstairs with barista coffee and good breakfast options. The staff were very professional and friendly.

No mention about the WiFi is done in the announcement, so I thought there was none. Last day I saw the name and the password near the reception, but nobody ever even mentioned it to me.
Incredibly clean and comfortable room, really friendly staff and a really nice cafe for breakfast within the structure. Many rules but definitely really easy to follow. Amazing location, walking distance from everything and really close to the sea. 24h reception always ready to offer help. Definitely worth the price.

Bathroom needs some upgrades. Shower drain was clogged causing overflow into toilet area. We figured what's clogging it, a bunch of hair with residues..issue was reported, n requested wet rug replaced.
Breakfast is alright. Front desk staff are nice and helpful.

There was a smoke detector that disturbed us from our sleep but the staff took care of it, they were really nice with handling those matter.
It not far from Everything, the beach, banks, food stalls, small markets. My Family enjoyed our stay there. We booked a Tour and the staff organized everything for us, inkl. the food packages and the Van which brought us there and back to PPS. This place is family friendly, we had a room good for 6 people, is worth every penny. There might be sand everywhere but hey you are from the beach so do understand why it might be messy while using their facilities.

The room was only ok. It was big but had no chairs. Bathroom shower was very basic.
The staff were very personable. I liked the little cafe and the coffee there.

The location is everything. 2 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the main bars and food area. Check in staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room itself is nice enough with a large bathroom area and large comfy bed. Nothing special but does the job for a few nights in El Nido city and fairly priced Has a restaurant and free coffee facilities. WiFi is fine and connected my phone to the smart TV to watch Netflix at night.

Everything! The location, the staffs, our room is clean and everyday they clean it. The staffs are accommodating never failed to ask us how was our day and tour. Will recommend this place.

The stairs have a weird height and the blanket is so thin .
It at the center of the town and accessible to majority of the establishments. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. Good location, close to everywhere, you can book tours via reception-I highly recommend asking for ‘Discover El Nido’ & especially guys Iwan & Julius👍 Super bakery in the neighbourhood

The lack of toiletries. There are only 2 sachet of shampoo and 2 small soap and I think you can still improve the rooms. No hangers, no chair, no closet.
What I love most is the location of the hotel. It is walking distance to the best restaurants & bar: Angel's Wish, Maa's Grill, Art Cafe and Sava Beach bar. Walking distance to the beach (not really for swimming just for tour pick up), the church, flowershop, a popular bakery shop and Gusto Gelato. The staff were great and very accommodating as well. They helped us arranged a transfer to Nacpan beach and offered the best way to go there. The staff even gave recommendation what other place we can visit along the way.

The stairs are very narrow,I almost fall upon stepping.
