Not Clean at all, I mean 1 out of 10 for cleanliness. The location is far from everything. We saved money because we paid a very low price, but ended up paying like 300 php each way for every place we had to go since it's so far from the city center and the Bus/Van terminal. The only place which is not so far away is Robinson's Mall so we used it for the restaurants. No wifi during our stay, they said the wifi was down

It met my expectations.

The place is basic but the owners description of the place was correct and honest. Don't expect anything fancy. It's perfect for someone on a budget and who doesn't mind no AC. I would stay here again.

Can be a little tricky to get to

At the end of a little village, very quiet, very friendly and welcoming owners. Very economical and cheap bike hire. Cheap eating a short walk away.

it was very dirty, and I felt awkward to ask but it looked like it hadn't been done in a while, crap on the sink and the toilet had no seat, shower was hard to use as very close to the toilet

The host was so kind, gave us coffee and bananas for breakfast as we had an early flight to catch. good location, not too far from the airport

The only downside is the location as nearby there's nothing where to eat. You need to walk 2min to the toktok station, grab a toktok (I recommend waiting for a sharing one as you only pay 15php) until GoHotels (like 10min) and then if you want to go in the city you need to take a jeepney or you can find where to eat near GoHotel or in the shopping mall next to it.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is the place. The area is very calm as far from the main road and the cbd. The host is very nice and ready to help with everything. She booked the tour for us and prepared breakfast early in the morning before the van picked us up. The room is ok, bathroom is not that big but it's ok, bed is comfy. WiFi works very good upstairs in the balcony.

This accomodation is quite far away from the center and you'll have to take a tricycle to get to the restaurant. The bathroom is dirty but for the price you pay you cannot really expect much more

There were lots of strays outside of the homestay. Also the accommodation was hard to find for the drivers.

The breakfast was really delicious, the woman who managed the place was really kind, friendly and helpful. She organised different activities and a transportation to El Nido for me. It's a lovely place but it's really basic.

Insects can easily enter the room even if the doors are shut. Showers.

If you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs to try to block out the neighbourhood dogs, cockerels, etc.

Located outside of the town, in a villagey location but only a half-hour walk in one direction from a big mall with shops, ATMs and places to eat, and twenty minutes the other way to a beach. A laid-back location My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, the breakfast was very good, the staff were superb (helping me with onward transport and tours), and above all the place was superb value for money.

Rooms were full of ants which get onto everything but welcome to the tropics! A good sweep out each day and keeping food in the fridge helps with keeping them at bay. Toilets were small and not great ventilation so room gets very humid after showering. These are very minute problems, just my honest review! In an ideal location for Robinson's however a lot further from restaurants etc in town and tricycles can be pricier to go down the road if you don't have your own transport.

Great value for money and close to Robinson's Mall to do the visa run. Friendly staff and handy motorcycle rental from the property. In a peaceful back road. On the side of town to be nearer to driving to Nagtabon which I highly recommend!

You have to walk or.take a motorbike but it is a way of getting to know the area.

I already recommended this place to my friends coming to PP. Great deal, for the price of a dorm I had a private room, comfortable.double bed with private toilet, towel and breakfast. Staff super friendly. 1.6km to shops and to BM beach. I loved being in a philippines neighbour going to local people beach.

Only stay there if you can rent a scooter or are willing to drive 15 mins into town by taxi!

For the price you pay you get a nice bed, AC, free drinking water & a very helpful host. Please keep in mind though that the accommodation is very basic, there can be bugs and ants in the room and it's not a place to stay for too long. We had a good time, could rent a scooter from the host and book the Palawan underground river with them.

The accommodation is quite basic, but excellent value for money. Close to airport. We found a lovely place to eat close by. The lady who runs the homestay is just so nice and all others friendly and helpful. Can organise all tours, buses, etc, and motorbike at very good price. Included in the price was egg, toast, and coffee breakfast which was a good way to start the day. We enjoyed our time there and will hopefully stay again when we fly out.

Real Value for money! Paying less for the hotel accommodation and breakfast WITHOUT sacrificing the comfort and quality. The staff are warm and welcoming; assisted my tours everyday (although there are things that I don't like but it's the provider of the tour, the hotel does not have anything to do with it). Great experience; from the airport up to the hotel, and until my arranged transfer to El Nido today...

The washroom was too cramped up but nothing to complain about in this price range.

It was close to the airport and super affordable. Had decent air conditioning and the caretaker helps with scooter rentals and tri cycle hailing.

The room next to the kitchen seems to have a little ants problem and one bedframe might need fixing. But hey - that's minor issues for a friendly and very affordable place like that.

Unbeatable value for the price. Amazing and huge breakfast, very friendly and hospitable staff. Silent location in a peaceful neighborhood. Clean bedsheets and towels. Free drinking water. Good Wi-Fi. And again: people are SO nice!

I was alone in the dorm room but with other guests there there would be very little privacy. Only cold water and no soap provided for handfasting or toilet paper. Poor shower. Dorm room has single glazed windows which don't fully close and are straight on to the balcony so voices outside/on the roof can be heard quite loudly.

Quaint homestay just off the PPC highway. Very homely vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Provision of towels is appreciated.

Nothing. It's a homestay, and you get what you pay for.. All is well..

The owner and the staffs are super nice and approachable.. You can just feel at home.. Plus, the price is very affordable considering I booked for 13 pax.. If you are not "maselan" and you just need a place to sleep, then this is good for you.. you'll just gonna be out the whole day anyway..
