The position of the AC is a bit unfortunate, but in our room (single beds) we solved the issue by moving one of the beds further away.

Our one night layover went smoothly. Place was clean, the location was quiet (however due to the Easter holiday the whole city was quieter than usual), we even used the gym on the premises.

There was a time i called for housekeep but they did not come. Maybe because they aren’t comfortable cleaning when people are around. Idk just benefit of the doubt maybe they forgot? The beds are too small for a family even with a toddler as the 3rd person. Beds were not comfortable.

It was near everything. And its like a home away from home.

Kitchen had a hob and microwave but no pan to cook with or cutlery. Other rooms were a bit loud at times. Air con is a bit under-sized and wasn't that cool, and is stuck directed at the window rather than the rest of the room.

Convenient location on a quiet road. Staff are always present and helpful. Water dispenser on the floor. Clean room and bathroom.

The door can be better or even a sound proof.

The location to Alaya Shopping Mall is within 15-minute walking distance from the hotel. On our last day of staying, we could do some shopping and the hotel is around 20-minute away from the airport. But be sure the staff book the taxi for you. We made a reservation for an early morning 4:00AM but the staff forgot it. The room is not quiet at night as it seems everyone is catching an early morning flight. Its room door cannot shut the noises out.

The location is one entry and quite hard to find for the taxi drivers. The room has a foul smell.

It was a bit far from the city center. There were no pots and pans, knives the first time we booked but were there when we returned a few days later.

very large and clean room, comfortable bed, has all the basic needs (hair dryer, safe, ref, microwave oven) It is highly recommended for traveller who plan to stay longer. The staff are courteous and always willing to help. over all we enjoyed our stay. If we will have another chance to go to Cebu, we will definitely book again at Cebu Family Suites.

I'd say only an induction cooker/electric stove, along with kitchen tools are missing in the kitchen. It would be nice if there was a bigger dining table or an optional to add one, and more seating in the common area would be nice as well.

Their family rooms are very spacious. They were designed to be a 2-bedroom condo unit. There's a common area where you can gather. The best feature for me is one of the two bedrooms had their own toilet and bath, and the other t&b is accessible to the common area, which makes it perfect for group gatherings. The common area had access to a small balcony. There was a smart TV installed as well, though you'd have to use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime Video, etc.The refrigerator in the family rooms were full-sized. A microwave and electric kettle was also available. There was ample space in the kitchen counter. Some plates and utensils were also available to use. There was also a range hood readily installed for cooking but no stove or induction cooker. The beds were very comfortable. One of the bedrooms had a floor to ceiling window which was a nice feature. You can see the city and part of the mountain. Lots of natural light can come in. The bathrooms id say we're just enough. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. There were bidets in both toilets and shower heaters were also installed. All air-conditioners worked perfectly. There was a water dispenser in the hallway as well.

No restaurant in the hotel. Also, not all vehicles know the location and can't be found on the grab car/taxi app. Hopefully, housekeeping service will improve. We understand that it's new and still needs manpower.

Hotel employees are approachable and always smiling. They are not rude to guests. Although the hotel is understaffed, they tried to accommodate the requests of the guests.

The water pressure in the sink was no good and when I arrive the couldn’t find my reservation at the begging.
