The faucet and shower has the same knob so the faucet turns on as you shower. Just also remember that parking is paid separately 150-250php for 24hrs

The apartment was spacious and clean. It could easily fit 5 people. Everything we needed was there. You can cook without any problems and the caretakers were really nice. Theres also security in the apartment so you wouldn't need to worry about the safety.

*The Owner and Caretaker are accomodating, every question they will answer it. *The unit was clean,comfortable and with complete kinds of kitchen equipment like oven,electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, utensils and condiments. There are also tv, & wifi. *The location is great, nearby in convenience store. If you want peaceful and relaxing place, just book this unit. 😊 *We will surely come back here, Thank you to the owner & caretaker

I only rated 9 in Cleanliness because the dish drainer was not perfectly clean when we arrived. Also, it seems like there’s peeled off paint (scratch?) in the room w/ the bunker bed. ✌️I believe those are very minor issues though and very easy to improve. 😀

It’s much better in actual than in the photos. TV has netflix and youtube 😀 Owner/caretaker are very responsive. I highly appreciate it that they accommodated my request to use plain white beddings 😃 I suggest they use plain white beddings in the photos when they promote the property to make the rooms look cleaner and more inviting (hotel-like). 😉

We had a wonderful stay. This place has everything you need. Location is excellent. Ms Mhaye, the caretaker is very nice and welcoming— She provides you all the details you need for your stay- and responds to messages so quickly! We are definitely returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending this place to friends/ family!

Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was clean and well stocked, perfect for a group of 3. Can fit up to 5 persons. Overall a wonderful place; we would definitely go back as well as recommend to friends.

We have no dislikes but I guess I would recommend for slight improvement for the shower and the sliding door at the terrace I guess. I already raise it to them and they said that they will be working on it

The area 1. Safety - it is gated and with security guard 2. Parking - Enoug parking space for guests 3. Location - Near city center. If you go on commute, publice transport is accessible. You can also request for the guard to call for taxi even at night. 4. The whole area is clean. The unit 1. We are a family of 4 and the unit size is perfect for us. 2. It is clean 3. It has wifi 3. It has netflix 4. With kitchen tools and appliances so you can cook. 5. They also provide towels, tissue and other stuff. I can say a lot of good things about the place as we really had a very good experience and will definitely book to this place again when we go back to Baguio.

The shower heater is not so hot.. It is just warm so you still feel cold while taking your morning shower. Though I'm not sure if I just don't know how to operate it but I already put it to max settings and still not getting the preferred level of hotness. Also no food establishment near the area so you need to order food thru food panda/grab at night

Our stay was supposed to be 2 days 1 night and our itinerary was supposed to start at 7am on dec 27. However, we weren't able to get into the bus at 2am as our QTP is dated jan 3-4 (all bus terminals in manila are very strict that your travel is within the date indicated in your QTP) and they wouldn't let you go to Baguio without the updated info. It was a little bit disappointing when they (the accomodation operator is responsible for QTP approval) processed our QTP a bit late (they were able to update it past 12noon) so we wasted our first day on waiting at the bus terminal and we arrived in Baguio around 7pm. Though the reason is valid since we booked the hotel dec 23 so they weren't able to process over the weekend/holiday and we totally understand the hassle of transacting with government agencies so we are just grateful that they did their very best to make our vacation still push through. As to the room, it looks clean and complete with the things you need like kitchen wares and appliances. Miss Mhaye, the caretaker, and the owner are very friendly and accomodating so you wouldnt hesitate to ask anything you need. So overall, we had a pleasant stay here.
