Food was not the best and the downstairs pools glass fence needed a good clean.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Staff very friendly and helpful. With two swimming pools and located on the beach it was beautiful to stay there.

I dont like the staff at the restaurant ground floor.. our order took so long and the staff are so unprofessional. They were laughing so loud in the kitchen and not giving the customer updates about why our order is taking so long. We had to call them and ask. Aside from that the food was okay..

Location, the maintenance staff. They were fast when we have small issues in our room. They fixed it fast and they were quick when we needed them.

Breakfast friendly staff at the pool ground floor restaurant. Rooms are okay, but sadly you can hear noise a bit from other rooms..... The location is a big plus and also the parking area under the Hotel. i go definitely back again....

Had ants in the both the beds in a deluxe room and and two cockroaches in the bathroom but the staff were quick to switch me to another room.

the room experience would have been better if you didn't have to pay for EVERY extra such extra pillow or toilet paper or towel for a high end hotel these should be accommodated. would have been better if roof top pool/ faculty was open during the day also.

the food was good but could be improved. eg hash brown oily// the staff were great and accommodating and friendly. Staff were very responsive to requests. Drivers were great. front desk ladies were lovely. Great location and rooms were clean and very well maintained.

the price of the room is too high for what the hotel had to offer in general. there are 2 pools, but only open alternatively. the rooftop pool is ok for children

Pool upstairs only open from 4pm. Downstairs is a liitle pool for small children. So no pool during the daytime which is unbelievable

The fact that they didn't have all the things on the menu like halo and they served an expensive brandy with ice without asking if ice was wanted in the drink

WiFi connection is weak, and we can't use it inside the room. The pool is very cold but it's aesthetic and clean so it's still fine.

The place is along the highway and there are many shops and restaurants outside the hotel. Rooms and facilities are clean and staffs are friendly.

Don't allow children in rooftop pool. A group of children were very loud shouting and screaming. Which stopped my group ordering dessert. Tv in room 316 and 320 volume distorted

Condiments need to be brought with the food when ordering breakfast in the room. The breakfast tasted bland with no salt. Pepper. And ketchup

Some maintance are required, as specialy for the Pool on the top, there were tiles missing. While the Check in we got asked for a disposit of 3000 Pesos in chash. In a hotel of this level, we expect that they can use our credit card.

I think it is the best Hotel in Subic, if you are looking for a place to go with the family. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are good and their prices are okay.
