Quality of the units themselves. Netflix and other subscription services didn't work despite being included in the cost.

The location was quite handy although the entrance is hard to find and the directions were poor.

A bit high (33th floor). Plus I tried to access to TV which was not possible with any source and nobody explained me when I asked. You receive a message for check-out procedure more than 24h before you leave (and you already had it from the day you checked-in), which is a bit oppressing

There was one staff (woman) who kept telling me that the swimming pool was under maintenance when other security staff who was taking care of the pool told me that I can ask the front to heat up the pool water whenever needed. One day, she saw me getting off the elevator on the way to the reception, the female staff hid under the reception desk so that I wouldn’t ask for anything… bit disappointing

Everything was fine.

The apartment was great and comfortable. The vieuw was also nice. The staff at the lobby were very helpful with every request. The host was also very helpful if we had any questions or problems. The location was well centered in Makati. Close to the nightlife area. A small mall is located next to the building and a lot of restaurant options to choose from. There are also a lot 24/7 stores located in case you need anything at any time of the day. Definitely will come back.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building and the location is fabulous. There are many Malls near, but if you want to get somewhere it is better to use a taxi.

Least comfortable bed I've used lately. Pillows and bedding included. Loud noises of the building like the service elevator beeping all night.

No cleaning services provided. No change of daily use items like towels. provided at the time of check in and then never throughout the stay. Good for one or two days stay.. not recommended for longer stay.

The apartment was not as described, the bedroom door knob was defective and we got locked in there for over an hour, parking was difficult and cost 1200 plus php per night. The washer leaked and so did the kitchen sink. The kitchen was not equipped with the propper cooking implements. The unit owner was un reachable

Could provide water, but there is a shop downstairs opposite the building, so no issue what so ever.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped place on level 36, with an awesome view. Located in a good neighborhood. Modern building. Excellent check-in process, didn't have to wait for anyone or talk to anyone. Perfect.

Just had a bit of an issue checking in. First, it was hard to find the location entrance. Second, staff weren't sure if we were meant to be there as our names aren't on the list. It was resolved in the end though. Could use some more tableware and a drying rack
