The building is surrounded by a beautiful forest. They could have incorporated this in the building design. Instead the place is all boxed up.

The room was to the road side and was a bit noisy. Elevators are not working (?) Sofabed and brown pillows might need some cleaning.

Good value for money and location is ideal - near restaurants and very accessible. Staff are very accommodating especially the guards on duty.

The bathroom was not clean enough. The flow of water from the shower was not strong. The shower curtain was not ale to cover the whole shower place that makes the bathroom so wet. I am disable & so scared that I will slide.

The hotel needs an overhaul and upgrade. The room smells musty upon entering. Toilet needs fixing specifically the toilet bowl and flash valve. I had hoped for more counterspace in the bathroom for our essentials but could not fit in the small ledge below the mirror, there werent hooks as well to hang our clothes/towel in the bathroom. We were also placed on a street side so it was noisy i didnt sleep well. Bed not so comfy. They should have given us a consideration since we have a child with us. Closet drawer needs fixing too, it keeps on opening.

The room wasn't sound proof. I can hear the people from outside the room and sometimes there is a team building at 7 pm which we had difficulty sleeping. I knew the staff couldn't do anything about it, but yeah.

Wifi could be faster and more stable. Airconditioning looks old so it wasn't as cold especially when you're in the room during the middle of the day. Buffet breakfast quality could also be improved.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed to be cleaned properly. The water heater was also working properly.

Room - no electric kettle. There's a kettle in the room but no t electric. I didn't know where to get hot water. NO TEA or coffee in the room, too. Beddings - The white linen should be on top of the blacket. Not the other way. Safe - needs to update it Bed DELUXE ROOM should have queen bed option Building - near more lights at the hallway and elevator.

Food - I love the set of meal for breakfast. But it needs fresh juice, fruits and veggies. Staff - very accommodating, particularly guards at the parking area. I often asked them the directions. Eco-friendly hotel

The room itself is the bare minimum for this price category- there are definitely better alternatives in Baguio for a similar price. Parking is a hassle - with only a handful of spots you are expected to leave your keys with the guards who double park for you never knowing where you will find your car the next morning. Lastly, the hotel management has decided to only cater to the bare minimum in hospitality: no connection to local service providers like tour guides, transport, etc has been established or seems to be the intention to. Also do not expect them to reply to any messages you send via Booking.com, they will not - the facility purely serves as a location to spend the night but in 2022 for the prices guests pay... I expect you to do better.

The hotel has a good location with convenient access to most hotspots in Baguio. There is wifi and warm-water. The rooms have been thoroughly cleaned as they smell strongly of chlorine.

There is no enough parking for all the guests. The shower head needs a replacement because the water in the shower head has low discharge of water. As well as the amenities like complimentary iron and ironing board is not provided.

It’s not really far but not too near in the city, the view is of our room is majestic. The food is also amazing and delicious most especially the coffee and chicken tocino
