Nothing important. The road between the main street and the property is unpaved so it gets muddy when it rains but it is not a big deal.

It was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Christelle Inn. Location is also great, it is quiet but very close to the main attractions.

Honestly the only thing I would suggest would be to have refillable shampoo & body wash instead of the single use. But again everything else is perfect!

My husband and I have been traveling for almost 4 months and this is the only time in the 4 months where we both felt sad to leave. The owners are so nice and helpful even woke up at 430am to make sure our Tuk Tuk was there to pick us up. Now for the room, it’s spacious, quite, the bed and bedding is so comfortable, AC works great and what we loved is when you leave the room for the day and turn off the AC when we would come back the room was still nice & cool so we felt instant relief when we would walk in even though the AC was turned off for hours, Hot Water when needed and so CLEAN! I love that they provided us with cold drinking water in a glass jar(not plastic) every single day! We stayed for 4 nights and wished we would’ve stayed longer. If it’s available definitely book it!

This is an incredible place, the hosts are the best! Completely clean and quiet. We had several requests: laundry service, a tour of the island, making the room pretty for my mom’s 60th birthday. The hosts outperformed themselves and didn’t charge us extra at any point. The tour was twice as cheap as they offer on the beach! We can’t thank you enough for such a surprise on my mom’s birthday! Will come again 100%!

Simon was nice and polite host but he didn't answer phone or message after 9:30 pm, I think because there is no front desk in home stay or inn, host should be more available, especially in first night, I want to book a countryside tour with them, because of delay in confirmation although driver Romel was nice and attentive, we missed ATV & chocolate hill visiting because of Romel bad time management too, of course the day later we leave to Tagbilaran port and Romel was on time and everything was good. The other issue we didn't like is rocky way to reach inn, two times tricycles denied to enter in we should go on foot No restaurant inside

Good variety of facilities with famous brand, hairdryer, refrigerator,air conditioner, safety box, complete coffee bar,good wifi, spacey room, with toiletries, room was clean and housekeeping did every day, reasonable price, safe inside, but dark outside nighttime, we ask for more towels and Simon gave us, in all nice experience and happy to book there

The location is very convenient. It is in a quiet area but the beach and restaurants as well as town centre was within walking distance. The staff were very polite and they cleaned the room and changed the sheets daily. The Inn is very new and spacious. They also gave us a jag of cold water daily when we arrive after doing our tours. They helped us book a tricab too going to the airport. We woulf definitely book again

Staff were incredibly attentive, appearing at our door with iced water within minutes every time we returned to our room. They also organised tours and transport and ensured that pick ups went smoothly. Great experience.

Fantastic property. I was greeted by the owners when I arrived and was even asked which unit preferred. They assisted me with things to do during my stay and arranged transportation when I left. Zero complaints. TV worked, WiFi was great, unit was clean, shower was hot and strong, and the bed was comfy.

Slight smell in bathroom drain however this went after room was cleaned (probably something in the area that happens).

Very modern and clean room (cleaners come everyday). Comfortable bed, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Very good water pressure in the shower. Air con powerful but also very quiet. Good location on a quiet street within 2 mins walking of main area. Owners friendly and around to help. Hairdryer in room was a bonus. One of the nicest places we have stayed in the Philippines.

Christelle and Simon were superb hosts. Very attentive and welcoming to their modern inn. They gave advice on sights outside of the normal tourist route which is exactly what we were after. The room had a VERY large and comfy bed that we crashed in after our big scooter adventure to Loboc, Chocolate Hills, Tarsier Sanctuary, waterfalls and more. They would bring us cold water each day when we returned along as restocking the complimentary coffee & tea station in our room. Small fridge in the room if we need to keep anything cold too. Location was an easy short walk to Alona Beach restaurants and shops. We wish we could have stayed longer as the location and their hospitality was amazing.

I was so perfect! The owner is always there to help. The place is clean (no indesirable bugs…) kettle, coffee, fence lock during night time, quiet, wonderful terrasse with furnitures. Its the PERFECT spot to be in Panglaio!!!!!

The path from the main road to the accommodation is very bad and there are nearly no lights. So walk careful in the dark! We rented a scooter at another place so we didn't have to drive that really bad and bumpy road. Nothing the accommodation could be held responsible for.

Very nice couple renting the rooms with a lot of advice for restaurants and places to go, easy and quick communication via booking. The room was very clean, cozy, well equipped and modern. Free coffee, water and house keeping every day. Located very close to Alona center but far enough to get rid of the noise.

Clean and bright apartment, slighy away from all loudness of Alona, but in 5 min walking you can get on central street. Road leading to apartment is a little muddy but no big deal to walk or even drive a scooter. Hosts offer coffe and bisquits, water is changed everyday. Daily cleaning and towel change was provided. hosts are very kind, they arranged us perfect driver and did their best to serve guests needs.

Nothing! It was fantastic value for money

The room was bright, spacious and airy, the a/c was quiet and worked brilliantly. Good shower, super comfy spacious bed. The grounds are very neat and tidy. Location is tucked down a side road and very peaceful, but only 5 minutes walk from the main restaurant area and 10 minutes to the beach. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Assisting us with moped rental, recommendations and booking a taxi when we checked out
