Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

A true 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price of about A$130 per night (US$100). Modern, comfortable, everything you would need. Our room was ample, beautiful bathroom, plenty of cupboards for your things, comfy beds, fridge, coffee making facilities, nice TV. They called us after we had checked in just to ask if we were happy and was there anything we needed. If you've had a long tiring flight and need a rest you won't go wrong here. We were located on the 19th floor which gave panoramic views. In Makati is a premium location to stay in Manila. You are close to nightlife sanly a 5 min stroll away.

Location in Makati Avenue near many entertainment spots, Poblacion, and just a few minutes away from Glorietta, Greenbelt and Makati’s CBD. Very convenient. The room was clean! The rooftop bar was the best of all, sunset views are just lovely. Shout out to the staff there Bea and Pat who were very kind to assist us.

United StatesI felt management could have done better to assist me with a request. We were good paying customers, spent 4 nights there and ate everyday to the cafe and rooftop. We also got massages at the spa. I requested some type of freebie or discount for Mother’s Day since they had a Mother’s Day promo going on. But because I didn’t book that package, they wouldn’t give me any of those perks. I felt that was a bit unfair considering we spent well over the amount we would have paid for that package.
Comfortable bed and clean room. The gym is nice. Spa was excellent. The food in both the cafe and rooftop was absolutely perfect. The breakfast buffet was probably the best buffet I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly everywhere we went.

New ZealandNot enough lifts for tower this size , long waits and queues for the lifts at times. Also I phoned reception twice about the tv broken , first time they sent someone who was suppose to get the hotel technician but nothing happen . Then again I got no response the next day . Frustrating when using a hotel as a stopover before long haul flight following day.
Location is good , bar/restaurant on roof is cool and pool looks really good. Room was spacious, comfy, clean . Easy to get taxi outside . Late check out was a good option and reasonable price .
