No rooftop priority for hotel guests in the bar/restaurant. Lifts were terrible always full of people going to roof. Separate lift needed for hotel guests.

One of the salads I order had croutons that didn’t taste fresh. More chewy than crunchy. Might of been their dressing they had poured all over it. It was still good enough that I ate it. But if I had to give one thing I didn’t like that was it.

Enjoyed the restaurant and pool being on rooftop with a beautiful view. The hotel's restaurant provided us good meals with a variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it never fails to meet expectations, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is great to dining and amenities are very good. The pricing is very fair and well worth the value.

One of the elevators is out which is obviously a bad thing with a hotel that has 33 floors. Breakfast was not included and should have been at the price we paid.

The location of this hotel is great! There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping in the area. The roof top bar/restaurant boasts great views but it is also very popular on the weekend so you may have to wait to get a seat! The staff was incredibly helpful! They printed items for us, hailed cabs, carried our luggage, held the door, and gave us restaurant recommendation.

The noise in the corridors outside the rooms. Hard floors make the noise worse. And of course the lifts which everybody hates. Only two out of three were functional. My tip is if a lift arrives just get in even if you have to go up before going down!

Breakfast was ok but the coffee refill was not consistent. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the hotel is still good value for money. I have been staying at the hotel since 2017 and not much has changed. The staff are always very helpful. The spa is also excellent - Anna was particularly good at breaking up the tightness in my hamstrings.

There are 2 main elevators for the entire building, and they're a bit slow. I saw a line of people waiting almost every day to use the elevator. The restaurant on the roof seemed somewhat understaffed. The food was okay but not amazing, and the service was very slow, we waited a long time to be helped, then it took over 1 hour to receive our food.

I loved the pool and the view. The rooms are very modern and high quality. I love the bathroom. The water pressure is very good as well. The room was cleaned daily by staff, and they were very courteous.
